Abstract

Toko kebutuhan rumah tangga XYZ merupakan salah satu usaha di bidang ritel yang menjual berbagai jenis kebutuhan sehari-hari. Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelayanan, pemilik toko perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja toko secara berkala. Namun, saat ini proses evaluasi masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum terstruktur dengan baik, sehingga data yang dihasilkan kurang akurat dan tidak dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung evaluasi kinerja toko kebutuhan rumah tangga XYZ dengan menerapkan metode User-Centered Design (UCD). Metode UCD digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem yang dibangun sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik pengguna. Tahapan UCD yang dilakukan meliputi pemahaman konteks penggunaan, penentuan kebutuhan pengguna, pembuatan desain solusi, dan evaluasi desain. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pendukung evaluasi kinerja yang mampu menampilkan data penjualan, stok barang, dan performa karyawan secara visual dalam bentuk dashboard. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS), sistem ini mendapatkan skor yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem layak dan mudah digunakan oleh pengguna. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemilik toko dalam memantau kinerja toko secara real-time dan memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis.

XYZ household needs store is a retail business that sells various types of daily necessities. In an effort to improve operational efficiency and service quality, the store owner needs to periodically evaluate the store's performance. However, currently, the evaluation process is still carried out manually and is not well structured, so the data produced is less accurate and cannot be used as a reference for appropriate decision making. This study aims to design and build a performance evaluation support system for the XYZ household needs store by applying the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The UCD method is used to ensure that the system built is in accordance with user needs and characteristics. The UCD stages carried out include understanding the context of use, determining user needs, creating design solutions, and evaluating designs. The result of this research is a performance evaluation support system that is able to display sales data, stock of goods, and employee performance visually in the form of a dashboard. Based on usability testing results using the System Usability Scale (SUS), this system obtained a score indicating that the system is feasible and easy for users to use. This system is expected to help store owners monitor store performance in real-time and provide a strong foundation for strategic decision making.
