Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan dampak besar pada dunia pendidikan, terutama dengan munculnya platform pembelajaran daring (online learning). Zedemy merupakan salah satu platform pembelajaran daring yang terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas layanannya. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah pengelolaan pengetahuan (knowledge management) yang efektif agar materi pembelajaran dapat dikelola dan dibagikan dengan baik kepada pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Minimum Viable Product (MVP) knowledge base pada platform Zedemy dengan menerapkan model SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization). Metode ini digunakan untuk memetakan proses transfer pengetahuan dari tacit ke explicit dan sebaliknya. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan dan implementasi fitur knowledge base yang terintegrasi dalam platform Zedemy. Pengujian dilakukan untuk memastikan fitur tersebut dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran dan pertukaran pengetahuan antar pengguna secara lebih terstruktur. Diharapkan pengembangan knowledge base ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran serta nilai tambah bagi pengguna platform Zedemy.

The development of information technology has had a major impact on the world of education, especially with the emergence of online learning platforms. Zedemy is one of the online learning platforms that continues to strive to improve the quality of its services. One of the challenges faced is effective knowledge management so that learning materials can be managed and shared well with users. This study aims to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) knowledge base on the Zedemy platform by applying the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) model. This method is used to map the knowledge transfer process from tacit to explicit and vice versa. The results of this study are the design and implementation of knowledge base features integrated into the Zedemy platform. Testing was conducted to ensure that these features could support the learning process and knowledge exchange between users more structurally. It is hoped that the development of this knowledge base can increase the effectiveness of learning and added value for Zedemy platform users.
