Abstract
Di tengah kondisi pandemi COVID-19, Pemerintah Indonesia mengambil langkah mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 salah satunya dengan pengembangan Aplikasi PeduliLindungi. Efektivitas dari aplikasi pelacakan COVID-19 seperti ini sangat bergantung pada dukungan masyarakat. Dengan meningkatkan dukungan masyarakat terhadap penggunaan Aplikasi PeduliLindungi, diharapkan pencegahan dan pelacakan penyebaran COVID-19 dapat semakin mudah dilakukan oleh Satuan Tugas COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan pengguna terhadap Aplikasi PeduliLindungi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap Aplikasi PeduliLindungi menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) serta memberikan usulan peningkatan berdasarkan evaluasi tersebut kepada pengembang aplikasi. Model konseptual penelitian ini adalah model dan konstruk dari UTAUT tanpa adanya modifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang akan diuji adalah Ekspektasi Kinerja (Performance Expectancy), Ekspektasi Usaha (Effort Expectancy), Pengaruh Sosial (Social Influence), dan Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi (Facilitating Condition), yang akan dianalisis dengan variabel moderator yaitu usia (Age), jenis kelamin (Gender), pengalaman (Experience), serta kesukarelaan penggunaan (Voluntariness of Use) yang akan menunjukkan Minat Penggunaan (Behavioral Intention) dan perilaku penggunaan (Use Behavior) pengguna Aplikasi PeduliLindungi. Pengambilan data dilakukan kepada pengguna Aplikasi PeduliLindungi melalui survei secara daring. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 209 orang pengguna Aplikasi PeduliLindungi di Kabupaten Blitar. Kuesioner pada penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan konstruk dari model UTAUT dengan skala likert lima poin. Data hasil kuesioner dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor yang berpengaruh meningkatkan penerimaan pengguna terhadap Aplikasi PeduliLindungi secara signifikan dengan mengacu pada model UTAUT serta usulan peningkatan aplikasi yang diajukan kepada pengembang. Berdasarkan hasil olah data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS 3, ditemukan bahwa variabel Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, dan Pengaruh Sosial berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan Minat Penggunaan. Selain itu ditemukan bahwa variabel Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi juga berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan frekuensi menggunakan (Perilaku Penggunaan) Aplikasi PeduliLindungi.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government of Indonesia took several actions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, one of which was the development of the PeduliLindungi Apps. The success of this apps relies on the participation of the community to share data with each other. Therefore, further research is needed to evaluate user acceptance of the PeduliLindungi application. This study aims to determine the factors that influence user acceptance of the PeduliLindungi application using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model and provide suggestions for improvements based on this evaluation to application developers. The conceptual model of this research is the model and construct of UTAUT without any modification. In this study, the variables to be tested are Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions, which will be analyzed with moderator variables: age, gender, experience, and voluntariness of use which will show the Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior of PeduliLindungi apps users. Survey was conducted online to users of the apps. The samples of this study were 209 users in Blitar Regency. The questionnaire in this study was compiled based on the construct of the UTAUT model with a five-point Likert scale. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study are the factors that significantly increase user acceptance of the PeduliLindungi application by referring to the UTAUT model and the proposed improvement of applications submitted to developers. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out using SmartPLS 3, it was found that the variables of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence have an effect on increasing Behavioral Intention. In addition, it was found that the Facilitating Condition variable also influenced increasing the frequency of using the PeduliLindungi apps (Use Behavior).
