Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has affected the world since the end of 2019 has led to changes in public behavior in accessing healthcare services. Limited access to direct healthcare services has encouraged the increased use of digital-based healthcare services or mHealth. Grab Health, as one of the mHealth service providers in Indonesia, has experienced an increase in the number of users during the pandemic. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use Grab Health during the COVID-19 pandemic using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) model modified with the Perceived Risk variable. Data were collected through an online survey of 373 respondents who are users of Grab Health in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Habit have a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use. Meanwhile, Facilitating Conditions and Perceived Risk do not have a significant effect on the Intention to Use Grab Health during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research provides insights for mHealth service providers in developing strategies to increase service usage in the future.
