Abstract

PT Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB) Logistics merupakan perusahaan penyedia layanan logistik dan pergudangan yang berlokasi di Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Sebelum pengembangan sistem ini, pengelolaan gudang masih dilakukan secara semi-manual menggunakan spreadsheet Microsoft Excel, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan informasi stok, dan inefisiensi operasional. Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan K-One Warehouse Management System (WMS), sebuah sistem informasi manajemen gudang berbasis web yang dibangun menggunakan PHP, MariaDB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan Bootstrap. Sistem ini mencakup modul inbound (penerimaan barang), outbound (pengeluaran barang), putaway, picklist, manajemen stok, bin transfer, stock opname, data master produk dan pelanggan, manajemen pengguna, serta pelaporan dengan fitur ekspor ke Excel dan cetak PDF. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat proses operasional, dan memberikan visibilitas real-time terhadap kondisi stok dan posisi barang di gudang.

PT Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB) Logistics is a logistics and warehousing service company located in Surabaya, East Java. Prior to the development of this system, warehouse operations were managed semi-manually using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, making the process prone to recording errors, delayed stock information, and operational inefficiencies. This internship project aims to design and implement the K-One Warehouse Management System (WMS), a web-based warehouse management information system developed using PHP, MariaDB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. The system includes inbound management, outbound management, putaway, picklist, stock management, bin transfer, stock opname, product and customer master data management, user management, and reporting features with Excel export and PDF printing capabilities. The implementation results indicate that the system improves data accuracy, accelerates warehouse operations, and provides real-time visibility of stock conditions and product locations within the warehouse.
