Abstract

PT Juwara Solution Global membutuhkan digitalisasi proses pencatatan produksi harian yang sebelumnya dilakukan menggunakan media kertas dan rekap manual. Proses tersebut menyebabkan data produksi tidak langsung tersedia, berisiko mengalami kesalahan pencatatan, serta menyulitkan pemantauan progres produksi secara real-time. Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mendukung alur Production Order (PRO), Laporan Produksi Harian (LPH), verifikasi laporan, pemantauan inventory, dan dashboard monitoring produksi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Next.js, TypeScript, tRPC, Prisma ORM, dan PostgreSQL. Implementasi sistem mencakup pengelolaan role pengguna, master data, perencanaan Production Order (PRO), input Laporan Produksi Harian (LPH) oleh operator, verifikasi laporan oleh admin/superadmin, transaksi inventory, serta dashboard analitik. Pengujian dilakukan secara internal menggunakan data uji untuk memastikan alur utama sistem dapat berjalan sesuai kebutuhan fungsional yang telah diidentifikasi. Hasil kerja praktik menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu menyediakan alur pencatatan produksi yang lebih terstruktur, memusatkan data operasional dalam satu platform, dan menampilkan informasi progres produksi melalui dashboard. Sistem ini menjadi dasar digitalisasi proses produksi di PT Juwara Solution Global, meskipun pengujian langsung bersama pengguna operasional perusahaan masih diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem pada penggunaan nyata di lapangan.

PT Juwara Solution Global required the digitalization of its daily production recording process, which had previously been carried out using paper-based media and manual data compilation. This approach resulted in production data not being immediately available, posed risks of recording errors, and made it difficult to monitor production progress in real time. This internship aimed to design and implement a web-based information system supporting the workflows of Production Orders (PRO), Daily Production Reports (LPH), report verification, inventory monitoring, and a production monitoring dashboard. The system was developed using Next.js, TypeScript, tRPC, Prisma ORM, and PostgreSQL. System implementation covers user role management, master data administration, Production Order (PRO) planning, Daily Production Report (LPH) input by operators, report verification by admin/superadmin, inventory transactions, and an analytics dashboard. Internal testing was conducted using test data to ensure that the main system workflows operate in accordance with the identified functional requirements. The results of this internship demonstrate that the developed system is capable of providing a more structured production recording workflow, centralizing operational data within a single platform, and presenting production progress information through a dashboard. This system serves as the foundation for digitalizing production processes at PT Juwara Solution Global, although direct testing with the company's operational users is still required to evaluate the system's effectiveness in real-world field usage.
