Abstract

Sinyal elektrokardiograf kardiovaskular menghadirkan gelombang suara yang mencakup komponen frekuensi rendah dan tinggi yang mengganggu dalam identifikasi otomatis dan klasifikasi puncak QRS, gelombang P, dan T. Teknik pra-pemrosesan berdasarkan rata-rata bergerak dan fungsi detrend digunakan untuk menghaluskan sinyal EKG dan menghilangkan kecenderungan lokal. Metode penyaringan kebisingan berdasarkan FIR digital filter diimplementasikan dengan tujuan mengurangi interferensi dari baseline dan noise frekuensi tinggi. Untuk ambang adaptif titik puncak R berdasarkan metode QVAT. Puncak lainnya, P dan T ditemukan dari pencarian titik tertinggi dari zona yang telah ditentukan menggunakan metode yang sama setelah proses ampilifikasi sinyal. Jendela pop-up diterapkan untuk meningkatkan akurasisemi-otomatis. Metode QVAT digunakan untuk segmentasi kompleks QRS pada sinyal EKG. Hasil segmentasi berupa R peak yang dijadikan titik anotasi pada tahap preprocessing agar dapat digunakan sebagai input untuk proses mencari puncak gelombang P dan puncak gelombang T.

Cardiovascular electrocardiograph signals present sound waves that include low and high frequency components that interfere in the automatic identification and classification of QRS peaks, P and T waves. Pre-processing techniques based on moving average and detrend functions are used to smooth the ECG signal and eliminate local tendencies.Noise filtering method based on FIR digital filter is implemented with the aim of reducing interference from high frequency baseline and noise. For the peak-point adaptive threshold R based on the QVAT method. The other peaks, P and T were found by searching for the highest point of the zone that had been determined using the same method after the signal amplification process. A pop-up window is implemented to improve semi-automatic accuracy. The QVAT method was used to segment the QRS complex in the ECG signal. The result of segmentation is an R peak which is used as an annotation point in the preprocessing stage so that it can be used as input for the process of finding the peak of the P wave and the peak of the T wave.
