Abstract

Kesehatan menjadi salah satu domain yang berkembang pesat dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi dan informasi dengan harapan dapat memberikan peningkatan kesehatan dan pelayanan medis kepada masyarakat. Perkembangan teknologi informasi menggadang-gadang blockchain sebagai solusi masa depan bagi teknologi penyimpanan informasi medis. Dengan besarnya sumber informasi medis yang terbuat dari rekam medis, blockchain dapat memberikan pilihan alternatif untuk transisi informasi rekam medis dari berbasis clinical-centered menuju patient-centered. Kebutuhan untuk proteksi data serta berbagi data pada transisi ini dapat menjadikan blockchain dengan sistem informasi rantainya memberikan tambahan keamanan pada akses kontrol rekam medis. Dalam tugas akhir ini, peneliti menelusuri serta menganalisis kebutuhan melakukan integrasi dan penyusunan Personal Health Record yang berasal dari rekam medis pasien dengan mengimplementasikan penggunaan blockchain. Didampingi dengan sistem database NoSQL, rancangan dari sistem untuk melakukan manajemen rekam medis berbasis patient-centered dapat digagaskan dengan bermediacan smartphone. Hasil analisis tersebut dikembangkan dalam bentuk aplikasi myHealth Manajemen Rekam Medis dengan 4 kelompok antarmuka pengguna. Aplikasi dikembangkan dalam Framework Flutter menggunakan Google Firebase sebagai authenticator serta penyedia layanan database, digabung dengan koneksi pada blockchain client berbasis Ethereum yang dijalankan pada virtual machine. Aplikasi dapat di-install pada smartphone pengguna dengan sistem operasi Android. Penggunaan sistem blockchain ini dapat memberikan rata-rata respons waktu 860,0333 milidetik dalam 9 fungsi pada smart contract, serta sistem database dapat melakukan proses unggah dan unduh pada 19 tipe lampiran berkas rekam medis dengan rata-rata waktu masing-masing 0,5817 kilobyte per milidetik dan 0,9344 kilobyte per milidetik. Diharapkan dengan aplikasi ini, rekam medis berbasis patient-centered dapat berkembang dan mengedukasi pengguna dalam sistem manajemen rekam medis mandiri.

Healthcare is one of the rapidly growing domains with the development of technology and information in order to provide improved health and medical services to the community. The development of information technology predicts blockchain as a future solution for medical information and storage technology. With the large number of medical information sources made of medical records, blockchain provides alternative options for the transition of medical record information from clinical-centered to patient-centered. The need for data protection and data sharing in this transition makes blockchain with chain information systems able to provide additional security in access control of medical records. In this final project, researchers explore and analyze the need for integrating and managing Personal Health Records from patient medical records by implementing the technology of blockchain. Accompanied by a NoSQL database system, the design of a system to perform patient-centered medical record management can be initiated using smartphones as the media. The results of the analysis were developed in the form of the myHealth Medical Record Management application covering 4 categories of user interface. The application was developed in the Flutter Framework alongside Google Firebase as an authenticator and database provider, combined with a connection to an Ethereum-based blockchain client running on a virtual machine. The application can be installed on a smartphone with the Android Operating System. Blockchain provides an average response time of 860.0333 milliseconds covering 9 smart contract functions, and the database system can provide download and upload processes for 19 different types of medical record attachments with an average speed of 0.5817 kilobytes per millisecond and 0.9344 kilobytes per millisecond respectively. It is proposed that with this application, patient-centered medical records can develop and educate users for an independent medical record management system.
