Abstract
Proses rehabilitasi pasca stroke secara tradisional yang umum ditemukan pada pusat rehabilitasi mewajibkan pasien untuk datang langsung ke lokasi. Selain itu, distribusi fasilitas kesehatan yang tidak juga menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat keberhasilan proses rehabilitasi di Indonesia. Aspek keterbatasan akses geografis bagi beberapa orang untuk menjangkau pusat rehabilitasi yang cukup memadai adalah salah satu kendala lainnya. Fenomena ini juga ditambah dengan tidak adanya pencatatan digital hasil program rehabilitasi juga menyulitkan fisioterapis dan dokter ahli terkait untuk melihat progres kemajuan program. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang ada, diusulkan sebuah sistem informasi sebagai salah satu pendukung kemajuan proses telerehabilitasi berbasis website. Aplikasi berbasis website ini memiliki tiga fitur utama yaitu, data report, penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel dan grafis, serta penyimpanan output hasil training ke dalam suatu manajemen database untuk memudahkan fisioterapis memantau progress kemajuan rehabilitasi bagi setiap pasien. Dengan adanya sistem informasi yang ada, pasien dapat mengakses hasil program rehabilitasi secara efektif dari rumah masing-masing. Selain itu, fisioterapis, dokter rehabilitasi medik, perawat, dan terapi occupational akan diberikan kemudahan untuk mengakses informasi progress kemajuan program telerehabilitasi masing-masing pasien yang sedang ditangani. Hasil output keluaran data yang akan diolah dalam aplikasi difokuskan dari perangkat telerehabilitasi Functional Electrical Stimulation dan Eksoskeleton dengan jenis data velocity, arus, dan trajectory. Selain itu, sistem aplikasi yang dirancang juga telah melalui sistem pengujian menggunakan metode System Usability Scale untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem kepada 20 subjek dan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,88.

The traditional post-stroke rehabilitation process found in rehabilitation centers requires the patient to come directly to the location. In addition, the distribution of health facilities that are not also one of the factors inhibiting the success of the rehabilitation process in Indonesia. The aspect of limited geographical access for some people to reach adequate rehabilitation centers is another obstacle. This phenomenon is also coupled with the absence of digital recording of the results of the rehabilitation program which also makes it easier for the physiotherapists and related doctors to see the progress of the program. Therefore, to overcome various existing problems, an information system is proposed as one of the supporters of the progress of the website-based telerehabilitation process. This website-based application has three main features, namely, data reports, presentation of data in tabular and graphic form, as well as storing the output of training results into database management to make it easier for physiotherapists to improve rehabilitation progress for each patient. With the existing information system, patients can access the results of the rehabilitation program effectively from their respective homes. In addition, physiotherapists, medical rehabilitation doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists will be given the convenience of accessing the progress of the telerehabilitation program for each patient being treated. The output data will be processed in the application of Functional Electrical Stimulation and Exoskeleton telerehabilitation devices with velocity, current, and trajectory data types. In addition, the designed application system has also gone through system testing using the System Usability Scale to test the system's functionality to 20 subjects and obtained an average value of 82.88.
