Abstract

Kabupaten Ponorogo memiliki destinasi wisata yang cukup beragam, salah satunya adalah wisata telaga. wisata telaga memiliki jumlah kunjungan yang cukup tinggi akan tetapi masih terdapat berbagai masalah di dalamnya. salah satunya keterbatasan jumlah sarana dan prasarana wisata. Oleh karena itu perlu disusun arahan pengembangan infrastruktur untuk mengoptimalkan wisata telaga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan arahan pengembangan infrastruktur wisata Telaga . untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan proses analisa melalui empat sasaran yaitu Identifikasi faktor- Faktor yang berpengaruh Terhadap pengembangan Infrastruktur wisata Telaga Ngebel melalui analisa delphi, Mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting infrastruktur Kawasan dengan analisa deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, Menentukan prioritas pengembangan infrastruktur berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja infrastruktur Wisata menggunakan analisa IPA, dan merumuskan arahan pengembangan infrastruktur Kawasan Wisata Telaga Ngebel dengan metode triangulasi yang menggabungkan 3 (tiga) komponen yaitu karakteristik wilayah hasil analisa IPA dan tinjauan literatur. Dari hasil analisis melalui empat sasaran yang sudah ditentukan, didapatkan hasil sebanyak 24 arahan pengembangan infrastruktur wisata telaga , terdapat 8 arahan berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan wisatawan.

Ponorogo district has quite a variety of tourist destinations, one of which is Lake tourism. Lake tourism has a high number of visits but there are still various problems in it. one of which is the breeding of tilapia which can destroy the aesthetics of the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a direction for infrastructure development to optimize tourism in the lake. The purpose of this research is to formulate the direction of the development of tourism infrastructure in the lake. To achieve this goal, an analysis process is carried out through four targets, namely Identification of factors that influence the development of Ngebel Lake tourism infrastructure through Delphi analysis, Identifying the existing condition of Regional infrastructure with qualitative descriptive analysis through interviews, Determining infrastructure development priorities based on the level of importance and performance of Tourism infrastructure using IPA analysis, and formulating directions for infrastructure development of the Ngebel Lake Tourism Area with a triangulation method that combines 3 (three) components, namely the characteristics of the area resulting from the IPA analysis and literature review From the results of the analysis through the four predetermined targets, there were 24 directions for the development of the Lake tourism infrastructure.
