Abstract

Desa Wisata Adat Sade berada di kawasan strategis pariwisata dan telah memiliki banyak potensi khususnya pada keunikan Desa Wisata Adat Sade yang masih mempertahankan adat dan budaya lokal mereka namun sangat disayangkan pariwisata Desa Wisata Adat Sade mengalami penurunan pengunjung yang terjadi akibat pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang sesuai dan dapat dikembangkan pada Desa Wisata Adat Sade di masa new normal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah mixed methods yang berfokus pada preferensi key responden dan kondisi lapangan pada kawasan Desa Wisata Adat Sade. Penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua tahap yaitu tahap pertama yang dilakukan secara paralel mengidentifikasi faktor penurunan pengunjung menggunakan skala likert yang ditujukan kepada wisatawan yang mengunjungi Desa Wisata Adat Sade pada tahun 2020 dan 2021 dan mengidentifikasi kinerja faktor pengembangan dengan wawancara kepada stakeholder terpilih selanjutnya diolah menggunakan CA + AHP. Kemudian dilanjutkan pada tahap kedua adalah merumuskan strategi yang sesuai dan dapat dikembangkan pada Desa Wisata Adat Sade di masa new normal menggunakan EFAS IFAS hasil olahan tahap pertama sebelumnya yang menghasilkan matriks IE. Dari hasil analisis tahap kedua yang menjadi jawaban dari tujuan penelitian ini, ditemukan 15 (lima belas) strategi yang berfokus pada matriks I (grow and build) atau strategi yang bertumbuh dan membangun. Posisi ini dimana menandakan bahwa objek penelitian memiliki kondisi yang kuat dan peluang yang besar. ==============================================================================================================================
The Sade Traditional Tourism Village is located in a strategic tourism area and has a lot of potential, especially in its uniqueness which still maintains its local customs and culture. Unfortunately, tourism in the Sade Traditional Tourism Village has experienced a decline in visitors due to the pandemic. This study aims to formulate a development strategy that is appropriate and can be developed in the Sade Traditional Tourism Village in the new normal period. This type of research is a mixed method that focuses on the preferences of key respondents and field conditions in the Sade Traditional Tourism Village area. This research is divided into two stages: the first stage is carried out in parallel by identifying the factors for decreasing visitors using a Likert scale aimed at tourists visiting the Sade Traditional Tourism Village in 2020 until 2021, and identifying the performance of development factors by interviewing selected stakeholders and then processed using CA + AHP. On the second stage, appropriate strategies are formulated to be applied and developed in the Sade Traditional Tourism Village throughout the new normal period using EFAS IFAS that has been processed from the previous stage which produces an IE matrix. From the results of the second stage of analysis, which is the answer to the purpose of this research, 15 (fifteen) strategies are found that focus on matrix I, which are the strategies to grow and build. This position indicates that the object of this research has strong conditions and great opportunities.
