Abstract
Cycle-Transit merupakan sebuah kombinasi penggunaan dua moda transportasi yang berbeda dalam satu kali perjalanan, yaitu sepeda dan transportasi umum. Indonesia sebagai negara tropis memiliki peluang untuk mendukung adanya aktivitas cycle-transit. Salah satu moda transportasi di Indonesia yang sudah mendukung kegiatan cycle-transit adalah MRT Jakarta. Keberadaan fasilitas cycle-transit di MRT Jakarta ini berpotensi untuk meningkatkan penggunaan sepeda dan MRT sebagai transportasi umum di Jakarta. Pengembangan fasilitas cycle-transit pun terus dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan PT MRT Jakarta sebagai operator. Namun, setiap individu memiliki kebutuhan terhadap tipe fasilitas cycle-transit yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan konsep pengembangan fasilitas cycle-transit di MRT Jakarta yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Perumusan konsep pengembangan fasilitas cycle-transit di MRT Jakarta dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan analisis. Sasaran pertama adalah mengidentifikasi karakteristik kondisi fasilitas cycle-transit di MRT Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Sasaran kedua adalah menganalisis preferensi pengguna terhadap tipe fasilitas cycle-transit dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif, tabulasi silang, dan uji chi- square. Kemudian untuk mencapai sasaran ketiga, dilakukan penentuan prioritas pengembangan fasilitas cycle-transit di MRT Jakarta berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Terakhir, konsep pengembangan fasilitas cycle-transit di MRT Jakarta dirumuskan melalui analisis validasi triangulasi dengan menggabungkan hasil analisis sasaran pertama, kedua, dan ketiga. Analisis yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan konsep pengembangan fasilitas cycle- transit di MRT Jakarta. Konsep pengembangan terbagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu konsep pengembangan umum dan konsep pengembangan khusus. Dalam konsep pengembangan umum, pengembangan dibagi ke dalam dua periode rencana, yakni rencana jangka pendek dan rencana jangka panjang. Adapun rencana jangka pendek adalah pengembangan fasilitas bike on board, sementara rencana jangka panjang adalah pengembangan fasilitas bike parking, bike lane, dan bike share. Sedangkan konsep pengembangan khusus membahas lebih rinci mengenai kriteria pengembangan fasilitas bike on board, seperti perbaikan akses sepeda melalui ramp, perbaikan akses sepeda melalui lift, dan perbaikan signage pada pintu loket untuk sepeda.

Cycle-Transit is a combination of using two modes of transportation in one trip: bicycles and public transportation. Indonesia, as a tropical country, has the opportunity to support cycle-transit activities. One of the modes of transportation in Indonesia that already supports cycle-transit activities is the MRT Jakarta. The cycle-transit facility at MRT Jakarta can potentially increase the use of bicycles and the MRT as public transportation in Jakarta. The development of cycle-transit facilities continues to be carried out by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and PT MRT Jakarta as the operator. However, each individual needs different types of cycle-transit facilities. Therefore, this study aims to formulate the concept of developing a cycle-transit facility at MRT Jakarta that suits users' needs. This research formulates the concept of developing a cycle-transit facility at MRT Jakarta through several stages of analysis. The first target is to identify the condition characteristics of the MRT Jakarta cycle-transit facilities using descriptive analysis. Then user preferences for the type of cycle-transit facility were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, cross-tabulation, and a chi-square test. Then the third target was achieved by determining the development priority of cycle-transit facilities at MRT Jakarta based on user needs using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Finally, the triangulation validation analysis was used to formulate the development plan for cycle- transit facilities at MRT Jakarta by combining the results of the first, second, and third targets. The analysis that has been carried out has resulted in the concept of developing a cycle-transit facility at MRT Jakarta. The development concept is divided into two parts, namely, the general development concept and the specific development concept. The general development concept is divided into two planning periods, namely short-term plans and long-term plans. The short-term plan is the development of bike on board facilities, while the long-term plan is the development of bike parking, bike lane, and bike share facilities. Meanwhile, the specific development concept discusses in more detail the criteria for developing bike on board facilities, such as improving bicycle access via ramps, improving bicycle access via lifts, and improving the signage system at the bicycle tap- in/out gate.
