Abstract
Kawasan Margonda Raya yang merupakan kawasan CBD Kota Depok yang berdasarkan data LPSE Kota Depok, setidaknya telah dilakukan penataan ulang kawasan sebanyak sebelas kali dalam satu dekade terakhir. Namun respon masyarakat terhadap pembangunan di Kawasan Margonda Raya cenderung negatif dan dinilai tidak merata. Hal ini mengindikasikan pembangunan infrastruktur di Kawasan Margonda tidak sejalan dengan prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan yang merata, inklusif, integratif, serta berjangka panjang. Sementara itu, memahami preferensi serta mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap sebuah pembangunan merupakan hal yang krusial untuk mengidentifikasi respons masyarakat terhadap kebijakan yang dibuat dengan lebih efektif. Penelitian terkait pembangunan infrastruktur dari sudut pandang masyarakat masih jarang dijumpai khususnya pada ruang lingkup Kawasan Margonda Raya. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan preferensi masyarakat terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur jalur pedestrian dan sepeda di Kawasan Margonda Raya, Kota Depok berdasarkan pendekatan pembangunan berkelanjutan yaitu aspek sosial dalam pembangunan. Untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat pada penelitian ini, digunakan metode analisis teknik skoring Likert dan analisis konten berupa wordcloud yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil penyebaran kuesioner terhadap responden. Sementara untuk mengetahui preferensi masyarakat pada penelitian ini, digunakan metode analisis konten yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam terhadap lima narasumber kunci masyarakat. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa temuan penelitian yaitu, akses informasi tidak resmi mengenai pembangunan lebih mudah didapatkan oleh masyarakat umum dibandingkan akses informasi resmi, terdapat pandangan pro dan kontra masyarakat terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur di Kawasan Margonda yang belum ramah terhadap seluruh kelompok masyarakat serta cenderung menguntungkan kelompok masyarakat tertentu dan pengusaha, serta x ditemukan kecenderungan preferensi masyarakat yang lebih mendukung program pembangunan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dibanding oleh pihak swasta.

Based on data from the Depok City LPSE, the infrastructure in the Margonda Raya area as the CBD area of Depok City has been rearranged at least eleven times in the last decade. However, the public's response to the development in the Margonda Raya area tends to be negative and is considered not equitable. This indicates that infrastructure development in the Margonda area is not in accordance with the principle of sustainable development (equitable, inclusive, integrative and long-term development). Meanwhile, understanding preferences and knowing people's perceptions of development are crucial to identifying the community's responses to policies that are made more effective. From the community's point of view, research related to infrastructure development is still rare, especially in the Margonda Raya area. Thus this study aims to determine the perceptions and preferences of the community towards the development of pedestrian and bicycle path infrastructure in the Margonda Raya area, Depok City, based on a sustainable development approach, which is the social aspect of development. To find out people's perceptions, the Likert scoring technique and content analysis in the form of wordcloud were used based on the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. Meanwhile, to find out the community's preferences in this study, a content analysis method was used, which was carried out based on the results of in-depth interviews with five key community sources. From the results of this study, several research findings were found. Namely, access to unofficial information regarding development is easier for the general public to obtain than the official information; the pros and cons of the community's view towards infrastructure development in the Margonda area which is not friendly to all community groups and tends to benefit certain communities and entrepreneurs; as well as a tendency for community preferences to be more supportive of development programs implemented by the government than by the private sector.
