Abstract
Taman kota merupakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) perkotaan yang berperan penting untuk kualitas hidup penduduk karena memiliki manfaat ekologis, ekonomi, sosial budaya, dan estetika. Taman kota di Kota Surabaya berjumlah 39 taman yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah kota. Namun, pola persebaran taman kota tersebut belum diketahui. Persebaran taman kota juga memiliki faktor pendorong pemilihan lokasi yang tepat. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara pola persebaran taman kota dengan faktor keruangan dan sosio- demografi. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis Global Moran’I untuk mengetahui pola persebaran dan Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA) untuk mengetahui asosiasi lokal taman kota. Keterkaitan pola persebaran taman kota dengan faktor keruangan dan sosio- demografi dianalisis menggunakan Spearman Rank Correlation. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa taman kota di Kota Surabaya berpola kelompok. Taman kota juga memiliki dua klaster asosiasi lokal, yaitu High-Low dan Low-High. Kelurahan yang masuk klaster High-Low terdiri atas Kedung Cowek, Penjaringansari, serta Keputih dan klaster Low-High hanya Tanah Kali Kedinding. Hasil pola persebaran taman kota dianalisis lebih lanjut untuk mencari korelasinya dengan faktor keruangan dan sosio-demografi. Pola persebaran taman berkorelasi dengan enam variabel keruangan, yaitu luas taman kota, luas taman perkapita, luas wilayah yang terlayani taman, jarak centroid taman kota ke pusat kota, jarak taman kota ke CBD, dan jarak taman kota ke TPB. Urban parks are Open Green Spaces (OGS) that played an important role in the quality of life of residents because they have ecological, economic, socio-cultural, and aesthetic benefits. Urban parks in Surabaya City have 39 parks spread throughout the city area. However, the distribution pattern of urban park is unidentified. The spread of urban parks has a placemaking factors to choose the right location. This research was conducted to analyze the relationship between distribution pattern of urban parks with spatial and socio-demographic factors. The analysis method uses Global Moran’I analysis to determine the distribution pattern and Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA) to determine local association of urban parks. The relationship between distribution pattern of urban parks with spatial and socio- demographic factors was analyzed using Spearman Rank Correlation. The research showed that urban parks in Surabaya City have clustered pattern. The urban parks also have two clusters of local associations High-Low and Low High. Subdistricts are included in High-Low cluster consist of Kedung Cowek, Penjaringansari, as well as Keputih and Low-High cluster only Tanah Kali Kedinding subdistrict. The results of the urban park distribution pattern were further analyzed to find their correlation with spatial and socio-demographic factors.
