Abstract

Perkembangan sharing economy semakin meningkat di seluruh dunia. Bidang transportasi merupakan pilar utama perkembangannya dengan kehadiran layanan ridesourcing. Kehadiran layanan ridesourcing menimbulkan disrupsi terhadap layanan konvensional yang sudah ada. Walaupun penelitian terkait ridesourcing masih terus berkembang, penelitian tentang pengiriman barang berbasis ridesourcing masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian terkait pengiriman barang berbasis ridesourcing telah dilakukan di negara-negara maju dan China dengan nama crowdshipping atau crowdsourced delivery. Namun, penelitian di negara berkembang dengan ukuran pasar yang besar seperti di Indonesia masih terbatas. Indonesia sebagai negara dengan ukuran pasar ridesourcing yang besar dapat memberikan validasi yang lebih dapat diandalkan untuk melihat karakteristik layanan ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan eksplorasi terhadap pengaruh variabel prisma ruang waktu terhadap penggunaan layanan pengiriman barang berbasis ridesourcing di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik penggunaan layanan pengiriman barang berbasis ridesourcing dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Setelah itu, dilakukan analisis faktor untuk mengobservasi faktor- faktor yang memengaruhi layanan tersebut. Kemudian, dilakukan analisis menggunakan generalized least square untuk melihat pengaruh variabel terhadap penggunaan layanan ini. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 2 model yang berbeda berdasarkan kelompok umur di bawah 25 tahun dan di atas 25 tahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 4 komponen yang terbentuk untuk setiap model. Selain itu, faktor sosio-demografis seperti jenis kelamin, status pekerjaan, tingkat pendapatan, dan kepemilikan mobil memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan layanan ini. Selain itu, kegiatan bekerja/belajar, bersosialisasi luar rumah, dan belanja online yang tinggi memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan frekuensi penggunaan layanan. Sebaliknya, alokasi kegiatan maintenance luar rumah yang tinggi memiliki efek negatif. Faktor dari lingkungan binaan juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan layanan ini. Tidak hanya itu, penggunaan yang tinggi sebelum masa pandemi ternyata memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan layanan di masa kenormalan baru.

Sharing-economy has developed all over the world. Transportation is the main branch of its development regarding ridesourcing. The existence of these services is disrupting the conventional enterprises that have appeared before ridesourcing. Although the research concern about ridesourcing is still emerging, the research about goods movements that are served by ridesourcing is very limited. Several research have been done in China and developed countries using crowdshipping or crowdsourced delivery terms. However, the research conducted in big market countries such as Indonesia is very limited. Indonesia as a big market country can bring more reliable results to depict the characteristics of these services. Therefore, exploring the effects of time-space variables on goods movement services using ridesourcing in Indonesia is needed. These research goals are to identify the characteristics of ridesourcing for goods movement services using descriptive analysis. Then, the factor analysis was conducted to observe the determinants of those services. Finally, generalized least squares were used to explore the relations of variables towards those services. The analyses were implemented on two different models that were divided by age group (under 25 years old and above 25 years old). This research produced several outputs. First, there were 4 factors for each model. Moreover, socio-demographic aspects such as gender, working status, income level, and car ownership had a significant relation to these services. Furthermore, higher time allocation for working/studying, out-of-home socializing as well as online shopping had a positive and significant effect on these services. On the contrary, higher out-of-home maintenance allocation had a negative impact. The built environment had a significant correlation too with these services. The higher using experience during the pre-pandemic phase had also given a significant impact on service usage during the new normal period.
