Abstract

SkillBridge adalah platform berbasis AI yang dirancang untuk membantu mahasiswa dan fresh graduate di bidang IT dalam menganalisis serta meningkatkan kompetensi secara terstruktur. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan ekstraksi skill otomatis dari CV dengan teknologi AI (Claude Sonnet 4.6), membandingkan profil pengguna dengan standar kebutuhan industri untuk 5 role IT utama, memverifikasi kompetensi melalui assessment objektif, serta memberikan rekomendasi jalur pembelajaran (learning path) dan analisis coaching personal. Platform ini bertujuan menjembatani kesenjangan kompetensi antara lulusan dengan kebutuhan industri IT.
