Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi pemodelan tiga dimensi (3D) pada saat ini menuntut tingkat akurasi yang tinggi serta visualisasi yang representatif sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dokumentasi bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan menganalisis model 3D eksterior Gedung Grha ITS melalui integrasi data Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) dan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) fotogrametri. Proses akuisisi data TLS menghasilkan 182 titik pemindaian (setup) dengan nilai mean bundle error sebesar 0,004 meter, sedangkan akuisisi UAV menghasilkan foto udara dengan nilai marking error GCP sebesar 0,0189 meter (1,89 cm). Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Cyclone Register 360 untuk TLS dan Agisoft Metashape untuk UAV, yang kemudian diintegrasikan menggunakan CloudCompare hingga menghasilkan nilai Final RMS registrasi sebesar 0,044 meter. Pembuatan model 3D dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Autodesk Revit. Hasil uji akurasi geometrik menunjukkan nilai RMSE sebesar 0,012 meter atau 1,2 cm, yang telah memenuhi standar ketelitian ASPRS 2nd Edition 2024. Validasi statistik menggunakan uji t-distribution pada 24 titik ICP menghasilkan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,037 pada koordinat X, -0,257 pada koordinat Y, dan -0,353 dalam koordinat Z, yang semuanya berada di bawah nilai t tabel yakni 2,045, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara model 3D dengan kondisi aktual bangunan. Secara visual, model telah memenuhi kriteria Level of Detail (LoD) 3 menurut standar CityGML dengan detail elemen bagian eksterior, pilar atau kolom, serta atap bertingkat yang lengkap. Penelitian ini menghasilkan integrasi antara TLS dan UAV yang efektif dalam menghasilkan model 3D eksterior yang akurat dan representatif bagi bangunan.

Current developments in three-dimensional (3D) modeling technology demand high levels of accuracy and representative visualization for building documentation. This study aims to generate and analyze a 3D exterior model of the Grha ITS Building through the integration of Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) photogrammetry data. The TLS data acquisition process involved 182 scan positions (setups) with a mean bundle error of 0.004 meters, while the UAV acquisition produced aerial imagery with a Ground Control Point (GCP) marking error of 0.0189 meters (1.89 cm). Data processing was performed using Cyclone Register 360 for TLS and Agisoft Metashape for UAV, which were subsequently integrated using CloudCompare, yielding a final registration RMS value of 0.044 meters. The 3D model was reconstructed using Autodesk Revit software. Geometric accuracy testing showed an RMSE value of 0.012 meters (1.2 cm), which complies with the ASPRS 2nd Edition 2024 accuracy standards. Statistical validation using a t-distribution test on 24 Independent Check Points (ICP) resulted in t-calculated values of -0.037 for the X-coordinate, -0.257 for the Y-coordinate, and 0.353 for the Z-coordinate. All values were below the t-table threshold of 2.045, leading to the conclusion that there is no significant difference between the 3D model and the actual building conditions. Visually, the model fulfills the Level of Detail (LoD) 3 criteria according to CityGML standards, featuring detailed exterior elements, pillars or columns, and complete multi-layered roof structures. This research establishes an effective integration of TLS and UAV to produce accurate and representative 3D exterior models for buildings.
