Abstract
PT. ABC merupakan perusahaan telekomunikasi terkemuka di Indonesia yang terus melakukan inovasi produk dan layanan seiring dengan perkembangan jaman dan perkembangan teknologi. PT. ABC melakukan transformasi organisasi dari perusahaan telekomunikasi menjadi digital telecommunication company seiring dengan perkembangan jaman dan teknologi. Salah satu tahap yang harus dilakukan sebuah perusahaan agar menjadi perusahaan digital adalah dengan meningkatkan engagement pegawainya. Sebuah aplikasi Human Resource Information System (HRIS) kemudian dibangun untuk meningkatkan engagement pegawai khususnya pegawai yang tergolong usia milenial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pegawai usia milenial di PT. ABC dalam menggunakan aplikasi Human Resource Information System. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3) dengan responden merupakan pegawai yang termasuk dalam kelompok usia milenial. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam penerimaan aplikasi HRIS ini, yaitu Computer Playfulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, dan Result Demonstrability. Beberapa strategi untuk kemudian disusun setelah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi HRIS. Strategi tersebut nantinya dapat digunakan oleh PT ABC sebagai acuan dalam pengembangan aplikasi di masa yang akan datang.

PT. ABC is a leading telecommunication company in Indonesia which always innovate its product and service in order to keep up with the advancement in technology. In order to keep with the advancement of technology, PT. ABC transforms its organization from telecommunication company into digital telecommunication company. In order to fully transform into digital company, a company must increase engagement among its employee especially employee which in millennial-age category. Then, a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is built to increase engagement among employee in PT. ABC, specifically employee which fall into millennial categories. This research aims to identify what are the most influencing factor for the millennial employee is using HRIS application. This research is conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3) with its respondent being employee with millennial age. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to test research hypothesis. As a result, it is found out that there are several significantly influencing factors which are Computer Playfulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Result Demonstrability. Based on those influencing factor, several strategies are compiled. Those strategies later can be used by PT. ABC as references in developing HRIS in the future.
