Abstract
PT.X yang bergerak pada sektor konstruksi menerapkan manajemen multiproyek untuk mengkontrol jalannya proyek. Dalam satu (1) tahun target market PT.X rata-rata mengerjakan lebih dari 20 project yang hanya ditangani oleh 2 project manager. Pengelolaan beberapa multi proyek menyajikan tantangan yang secara fundamental berbeda dari manajemen proyek tunggal. Banyaknya permasalahan lapangan yang tidak termonitor oleh project manager, menyebabkan dibutuhkannya real time monitoring dan kontrol terhadap multi proyek yang sedang berjalan. Program/ software monitoring yang baik tentunya harus bisa mengakomodasi preferensi dan kebutuhan pengguna. Oleh karena itu design interface yang baik perlu dirancang agar memenuhi kebutuhan teknis pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan memodelkan multi project real time monitoring system berbasis android. Penggunaan sistem android diharapkan akan memudahkan project manager dalam memonitor multi project secara real time. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan House of Quality digunakan untuk menterjemahkan keinginan pengguna (user) kedalam persyaratan teknis, memudahkan proses design interface aplikasi ini. Studi literatur dan survei, dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada 20 responden (project stakeholder), terkait atribut dan respon teknis untuk pemodelan Prototype aplikasi mobile berbasis android. Hasil dari penentuan atribut dan respon teknis model prototype berbasis mobile berbasis android selanjutkan digunakan sebagai variabel input dengan metode framework scrum. Untuk Validasi model, dilaksanakan FGD untuk melihat apakah design interface yang dihasilkan sudah memenuhi keinginan dari pengguna (user) dan dapat diimplementasikan di proyek. Berdasarkan hasil analisis House of Quality (HoQ) didapat 35 atribut customer requirements dan functional Requirement yang dibutuhkan untuk design interface. 3 Atribut yang dianggap paling penting oleh responden adalah "Design yang simpel”, “Penggunaan pemilihan simbol yang sesuai”, “Notifikasi jika terjadi perubahan”, serta “informasi Kurva S rencana dan realisasi”. Sedangkan atribut “Fitur lokasi (google maps) merupakan atribut yang dianggap tidak penting oleh responden. Hasil Validasi model juga menunjukkan bahwa Prototype aplikasi mobile berbasis android multi project real time monitoring system ini bisa diterima dan diimplementasikan pada proyek PT. X. Aplikasi ini selain bisa digunakan untuk memonitor pelaksanaan proyek, juga bisa digunakan sebagai Early Warning System pengendalian proyek modern berbasis teknologi 4.0.

A company in the construction sector, PT.X, manages projects using multi-project management. There are just 2 project managers assigned to the more than 20 projects that the target market for PT.X generally works on annually. The challenges involved in managing many projects are very different from those involved in managing a single project. The need for real-time monitoring and control over several ongoing projects is necessary since the project manager is unable to keep track of a number of field difficulties. A good monitoring program or software must be able to accommodate user preferences and desires. As a result, the interface design must be developed to meet the technological needs of the users. This study aims to model an Android-based multi-project real-time monitoring system. Project managers should find it simpler to track several projects in real time with the usage of the Android system. In this study, the The House of Quality approach is utilized in this study to convert the user's preferences into technical requirements, which makes it easier to build the application's user interface. 20 respondents (project stakeholders) were interviewed as part of a literature review and survey on the qualities and technological solutions for modeling the Android Package Kit (APK). The results of determining the attributes and technical responses of the prototype model are then used as input variables for Android modeling with the framework scrum method. For model validation, FGD was carried out to see whether the resulting interface design had met the wishes of the users and could be implemented in the project. According to the results of the House of Quality (HoQ) analysis, 35 attributes of customer requirements and functional requirements are required for interface design. "Simple Design", "Use of appropriate symbol selection", "Notification if changes occur", and "S Curve information on plans and realization" are the three characteristics that respondents felt were most important. In contrast, the attribute "Location feature (google maps)" is one that respondents do not consider to be particularly important. The results of the model's validation also indicate that the prototype Android multi-project real-time monitoring system in question can be modified and implemented in the PT. X project. Besides being able to be used to monitor project implementation, it can also be used as an Early Warning System modern project control based on technology 4.0.
