Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi, yang menjadi kontraktor dari Proyek Tarum Barat (rehabilitasi sungai), Proyek LRT Divertion (Highrise), Proyek Cipamingkis (Jalan & Jembatan) dan Proyek River Divertion (relokasi sungai). Dalam melaksanakan sebuah proyek konstruksi, PT XYZ selalu dibatasi oleh biaya, mutu dan waktu yang berbeda-beda di setiap proyeknya, oleh karena itu komponen biaya adalah faktor yang paling penting dalam proses pelaksanaan proyek. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan gabungan integrasi antara DEMATEL dan ANP. Metode Analisis DEMATEL berfungsi untuk melihat hubungan keterkaitan antara kriteria atau sub kriteria satu sama lain, Sedangkan metode ANP digunakan untuk mendapatkan expert judgements dan memperoleh bobot prioritas yang akan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pencapaian/penerapan. Output penelitian berdasarkan hasil pengolahan DEMATEL dan ANP menunjukkan bahwa performa biaya dari keempat proyek yang diuji memiliki hasil yang cukup berbeda dari data validasi aktual margin yang dihasilkan, di mana proyek tarum barat menjadi proyek yang memiliki kinerja biaya yang paling efisien dibandingkan dengan proyek LRT Divertion yang memiliki nilai margin paling besar. Hasil ini bisa menjadi acuan untuk PT XYZ dalam melakukan evaluasi tambahan kepada setiap proyeknya untuk mengetahui kinerja biayanya menggunakan analisis kombinasi DEMATEL dan ANP.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the construction sector, where PT XYZ is the contractor of the West Tarum Project (river rehabilitation), the LRT Diversion Project (Highrise), Cipamingkis Project (Roads & Bridges), and the River Diversion Project (river relocation). In carrying out a construction project, PT XYZ is always limited by costs, quality, and time that vary in each project, therefore the cost component is the most important factor in the project implementation process. The type of research used in this study uses a combination of DEMATEL and ANP methods. The DEMATEL method is useful for knowing the relationship between criteria and each other, while the ANP method is used to obtain expert judgments and obtain priority weights that will be used to evaluate achievement/implementation. The research output based on the results of DEMATEL and ANP processing shows that the cost performance of the four tested projects has results that are quite different from the actual margin validation data produced, where the Tarum Barat project is the project that has the most efficient cost performance compared to the LRT Diversion project which has the highest cost performance. the largest margin value. These results can be used as a reference for PT XYZ in conducting additional evaluations for each of its projects to determine its cost performance using a combined of DEMATEL and ANP.
