Abstract
Program Magang Industri merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi pembelajaran yang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman kerja nyata kepada mahasiswa melalui penerapan ilmu yang telah diperoleh selama perkuliahan. Kegiatan magang ini dilaksanakan di Divisi Mekanikal CV Christina Jaya Motor dengan fokus pada proses perancangan dan manufaktur komponen pendukung konversi kendaraan hybrid. Tugas khusus yang dikerjakan adalah perancangan mounting motor listrik dan gearbox pada kendaraan Isuzu Panther sebagai bagian dari sistem penggerak hybrid.Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan magang meliputi observasi lapangan, studi lapangan, studi literatur, pengukuran langsung terhadap kendaraan dan komponen, pemodelan tiga dimensi menggunakan SolidWorks 2020, penyusunan gambar teknik dua dimensi, simulasi kekuatan struktur menggunakan ANSYS Workbench, serta proses manufaktur yang meliputi pemotongan material, pengelasan, perakitan, dan pengujian pemasangan pada kendaraan. Hasil kegiatan magang menunjukkan bahwa desain mounting yang dibuat mampu mengakomodasi pemasangan motor listrik dan gearbox sesuai dengan ruang mesin Isuzu Panther tanpa memerlukan modifikasi besar pada struktur kendaraan. Selain itu, proses simulasi memberikan gambaran mengenai distribusi tegangan dan deformasi sehingga desain yang dihasilkan memiliki kekuatan struktural yang memadai sebelum diproduksi. Kegiatan magang ini memberikan pengalaman dalam mengintegrasikan proses desain berbasis CAD, analisis berbasis CAE, hingga proses manufaktur secara langsung sehingga meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam bidang perancangan dan pengembangan kendaraan hybrid.

Industrial Internship is a practical learning program designed to provide students with real industrial experience by applying the knowledge acquired during their academic studies. This internship was conducted in the Mechanical Division of CV Christina Jaya Motor, focusing on the design and manufacturing process of supporting components for hybrid vehicle conversion. The primary assignment involved designing a motor and gearbox mounting system for the conversion of an Isuzu Panther into a hybrid vehicle. The internship activities employed several methods, including field observation, field study, literature review, direct measurement of vehicle components, three-dimensional modeling using SolidWorks 2020, preparation of two-dimensional engineering drawings, structural simulation using ANSYS Workbench, and manufacturing processes consisting of material cutting, welding, assembly, and installation testing on the vehicle. The results indicate that the designed mounting system successfully accommodates the installation of the electric motor and gearbox within the Isuzu Panther engine compartment without requiring major modifications to the vehicle structure. Furthermore, structural simulations provided information regarding stress distribution and deformation, demonstrating that the proposed design possesses adequate structural strength before fabrication. This internship provided valuable experience in integrating Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), and manufacturing processes, thereby enhancing the student's competence in mechanical design and hybrid vehicle development.
