Abstract

PT BGR Logistik Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa logistik dan rantai pasok. Dalam mendukung transformasi digital perusahaan, dikembangkan BLINK, yaitu sistem portal terintegrasi yang berfungsi sebagai pusat akses berbagai aplikasi internal perusahaan sekaligus penyedia layanan informasi berbasis chatbot. Pada kegiatan Kerja Praktik ini dilakukan pengembangan backend dan perancangan infrastruktur sistem BLINK menggunakan Node.js dan MySQL. Backend berfungsi untuk mengelola autentikasi pengguna, manajemen aplikasi, pengelolaan dokumen knowledge base, serta integrasi dengan layanan chatbot melalui API. Dokumen yang diunggah ke dalam sistem diteruskan ke layanan AI untuk diproses sebagai sumber pengetahuan sehingga chatbot dapat memberikan jawaban berdasarkan informasi yang terdapat pada dokumen perusahaan. Hasil pengembangan ini adalah backend sistem BLINK yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan data dan integrasi layanan secara terpusat, sehingga memudahkan pengguna dalam mengakses aplikasi internal serta memperoleh informasi perusahaan dengan lebih cepat dan efisien.

PT BGR Logistik Indonesia is a company engaged in logistics and supply chain services. To support the company's digital transformation initiative, BLINK was developed as an integrated portal system that serves as a centralized access point for various internal applications while providing chatbot-based information services. During this internship program, the backend development and system infrastructure design of BLINK were carried out using Node.js and MySQL. The backend is responsible for managing user authentication, application management, knowledge base document management, and integration with chatbot services through APIs. Documents uploaded to the system are forwarded to an AI service for processing as knowledge sources, enabling the chatbot to provide responses based on the information contained in company documents. The result of this development is the BLINK backend system, which supports centralized data management and service integration, enabling users to access internal applications and obtain company information more quickly and efficiently.
