Abstract

Transformasi Holding-Subholding pada PT ABC (Persero) membawa perubahan signifikan pada struktur komando, rantai birokrasi, dan proses bisnis di seluruh entitas, termasuk pada unit pembangkit yang telah mengimplementasikan sistem Digital Power Plant (DPP). Sistem ini dirancang untuk mendeteksi anomali operasional, mengoptimalkan kinerja aset, serta mengintegrasikan proses kerja yang sebelumnya bersifat manual. Namun, pasca-transformasi, sistem DPP di PT XYZ justru menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang rendah di kalangan operator lapangan, dengan indikasi adanya ketidaksesuaian antara SOP baru dan alur kerja sistem, serta minimnya dukungan dari manajemen di tengah masa transisi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi DPP pasca-transformasi menggunakan integrasi model Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-FIT) dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), guna membuktikan secara empiris apakah saja faktor yang menjadi akar permasalahan rendahnya penerimaan teknologi tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 298 pengguna Sistem Digital Power Plant (DPP) PT XYZ, dengan pengisian sebanyak 206 responden yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil evaluasi model pengukuran (outer model) mengonfirmasi bahwa sebagian besar indikator empiris telah memenuhi syarat validitas konvergen (AVE > 0,5) serta semua indikator reliabilitas (Cronbach's Alpha dan Composite Reliability > 0,7). Pada evaluasi model struktural (inner model), integrasi model HOT-FIT dan TAM ini mampu menjelaskan varians pada variabel behavioral intention (keinginan memakai) sebesar 53,8% (R-square = 0.538) dan variabel net benefit (manfaat) sebesar 62,4% (R-square = 0.624). Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan sistem DPP, pelatihan pengguna, dukungan manajemen atas, dan lingkungan organisasi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness (persepsi manfaat), dengan lingkungan organisasi sebagai prediktor paling dominan (path coefficient = 0,312; p < 0,05). Kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan sistem DPP, kemampuan pengguna, dan pelatihan pengguna juga memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan penggunaan) dengan kualitas informasi sebagai prediktor paling dominan (path coefficient = 0,391; p < 0,05). Lebih lanjut, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat. Persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terbukti berdampak signifikan dalam mendorong keinginan memakai sistem DPP, yang pada akhirnya memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap manfaat nyata yang didapat oleh PT XYZ.

The Holding-Subholding transformation at PT ABC (Persero) brought significant changes to the chain of command, bureaucratic hierarchy, and business processes across all entities, including the power plant units that have implemented the Digital Power Plant (DPP) system. This system is designed to detect operational anomalies, optimize asset performance, and integrate previously manual workflow processes. However, post-transformation, the DPP system at PT XYZ demonstrated a low level of acceptance among field operators, indicating a mismatch between the new SOPs and the system's workflow, along with minimal management support amidst the organizational transition. This study aims to evaluate the post-transformation implementation of the DPP system using the integration of the Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-FIT) framework and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to empirically determine the root factors causing the low acceptance of the technology. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 298 users of the DPP system at PT XYZ, yielding 206 responses which were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The measurement model (outer model) evaluation confirmed that most empirical indicators met the requirements for convergent validity (AVE > 0.5), and all indicators fulfilled the reliability criteria (Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability > 0.7). In the structural model (inner model) evaluation, the integrated HOT-FIT and TAM model was able to explain the variance in the behavioral intention variable by 53.8% (R-square = 0.538) and the net benefit variable by 62.4% (R-square = 0.624). Hypothesis testing results showed that system quality, information quality, DPP system service quality, user training, top management support, and organizational environment have a significant impact on perceived usefulness, with organizational environment as the most dominant predictor (path coefficient = 0.312; p < 0.05). System quality, information quality, DPP system service quality, user capability, and user training also significantly impact perceived ease of use, with information quality as the most dominant predictor (path coefficient = 0.391; p < 0.05). Furthermore, perceived ease of use has a significant impact on perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are proven to significantly drive the behavioral intention to use the DPP system, which ultimately provides a significant contribution to the net benefit obtained by PT XYZ.
