Abstract
Latar Belakang: Kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone and McLean menyediakan skema untuk mengklasifikasi banyak ukuran kesuksesan sistem informasi. Namun seiring berkembangnya sistem informasi kesehatan, variabel dalam DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model dianggap masih kurang untuk mengukur kesuksesan sistem mHealth. Permasalahan: Kebutuhan masyarakat akan informasi kesehatan melalui mHealth sangat tinggi, sehingga kepercayaan pengguna pada sebuah sistem sangat diperlukan dalam menggunakan sistem. Tetapi DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model masih kurang untuk menganalisis kepercayaan pengguna dalam bidang kesehatan sehingga hal ini perlu diperhatikan dan dikembangkan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengembangan DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model untuk mengidentifikasi kesuksesan sistem mHealth dan memberi rekomendasi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan penerapan mHealth di Indonesia. Metode: Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan multiple case study untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model terhadap mHealth. Pengambilan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisoner ke pengguna mHealth Halodoc, Alodokter, dan Good Doctor di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan model konseptual DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model yang telah dikembangkan dengan menambahkan variabel baru. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling untuk mengetahui sejauh mana model teoritis yang ada didukung oleh data sampel. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peneliti berhasil mengembangkan model dan menghasilkan 21 hipotesis. Dari 21 hipotesis ditemukan 6 faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan sistem informasi mHealth seperti kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan kepercayaan pengguna. Sehingga penyedia layanan perlu memprioritaskan kinerja kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna dan kepercayaan pengguna agar manfaat dari sistem mHealth dapat dirasakan pengguna secara langsung dan signifikan. Sehingga hal ini dapat menjadi acuan penyedia layanan agar memberikan layanan yang lebih baik lagi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Nilai Tambah: Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memunculkan beberapa arah untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Latar Belakang: Information systems success DeLone and McLean provide a schema for classifying many measures of information system success. However, as the health information system develops, the variables in the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model are considered insufficient to measure the success of the mHealth system. Permasalahan: The public's need for health information through mHealth is very high, so user trust in a system is very necessary in using the system. But the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model does not have a user trust variable, so this needs to be considered and developed. Tujuan: This study aims to develop the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model to identify the success of the mHealth system and provide recommendations for factors that can affect the success of mHealth implementation in Indonesia. Metode: In this study, the method used is quantitative with a multiple case study approach to determine the effect of the development of the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model on mHealth. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to Halodoc, Alodokter, and Good Doctor mHealth users in Indonesia. The research uses the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model conceptual model which has been developed by adding new variables. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling to determine the extent to which the existing theoretical model was supported by sample data. Hasil: The results showed that the researchers succeeded in developing the model and generating 21 hypotheses. Of the 21 hypotheses found 6 factors that can affect the success of the mHealth information system such as system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and user trust. So that service providers need to prioritize system quality performance, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction and user trust so that the benefits of the mHealth system can be felt by users directly and significantly. So that this can be a reference for service providers to provide even better services according to user needs. Nilai Tambah: This research is expected to give rise to several directions for further research.
