Abstract

Pengukuran Tingkat effektivitas mesin dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) di PT Arsynergy Resources Gresik di mulai dari bulan Januari – Mei 2024, yang mana persentase tertinggi berada bulan April 2024 sebesar 100% dan terendah pada bulan Januari sebesar 79%. Faktor yang memiliki persentase tertinggi dari faktor six big losses mesin kompresor adalah Reduced Speed Loss sebesar 7.82%, Breakdown Loss sebesar 1.14%, Set Up and Adjusment sebesar 0.03%, serta Idling Minor Stoppages, Rework Losses dan Scrap Losses 0%. Persentase terbesar yang menyebabkan hilangnya effectivitas mesin karena faktor Reduced Speed Losses yaitu 20.25%, yang terjadi pada bulan Januari 2024.
