Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah merubah berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan manusia. Bukan hanya pada sektor bisnis, tetapi juga institusi pendidikan yang harus menerima dampaknya. Untuk menghindari hilangnya aktivitas pendidikan, institusi mengalihkan sistem pendidikannya ke perkuliahan online (Adeoye, Adanikin, & Adanikin, 2020). Dalam pengimplementasian kuliah online, kenyataannya masih menemui berbagai hambatan meskipun perbaikan juga terus dilakukan. Sedangkan, Nadiem Makarim selaku Kemendikbudristek memberikan pernyataan bahwa perkuliahan online pada institusi di Indonesia akan dilaksanakan secara permanen. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap penerimaan pembelajaran online pada keseluruhan bidang keilmuan baik itu Teknologi Informasi, Teknik maupun Non Teknik melalui media LMS dan Zoom Cloud Meeting oleh mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM untuk analisa faktor-faktor yang di dapatkan dari model UTAUT 3. Rekomendasi kebijakan kepada pihak-pihak terkait berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang didapat dari hasil analisa penerimaan mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan online di lingkungan institusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Motivasi Hedonis, Kebiasaan, Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi, Inovasi Pribadi dalam TI, terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan dan Perilaku Penggunaan. Namun, tidak ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, Pengaruh Sosial dan Nilai Harga.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed various aspects of human life. It is not only the business sector, but also educational institutions that must accept the impact. To avoid the loss of educational activities, institutions shift their education system to online lectures (Adeoye, Adanikin, & Adanikin, 2020). In the implementation of online learning, in reality, there are still many obstacles, although improvements are also being made. Meanwhile, Nadiem Makarim as The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology stated that online learning at institutions in Indonesia will be carried out permanently. Therefore, this study aims to gain a better understanding of the acceptance of online learning in all scientific fields, both Information Technology, Engineering and Non- Engineering through LMS media and Zoom Cloud Meetings by students of the State Polytechnic of Malang. This study uses the SEM method to analyze the factors obtained from the UTAUT 3 model. Policy recommendations to related parties are based on the factors obtained from the analysis of student acceptance of online lectures in the institutional environment. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the variables Hedonic Motivation, Habits, Facilitating Conditions, Personal Innovativeness in IT on Behavioral Invention and Use Behavior. However, no significant effect was found between the variables Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Price Value.
