Abstract

Perusahaan dunia termasuk Indonesia sedang berbenah dalam menghadapi era digitalisasi yang semakin bertumbuh pesat yang dimulai dari berbagai macam aspek kehidupan seperti perbankan, kesehatan, hingga properti. Transformasi digital pada perusahaan diyakini bukan lagi sebuah opsi yang dipertimbangkan dalam revolusi industri ini, melainkan sebuah keharusan karena akan menciptakan peluang baru bagi perusahaan dengan pelayanan lebih informatif, efisien, cepat, dan organisasi menjadi lebih tangkas. Namun perjalanan menuju transformasi digital terbukti tidak semudah yang dibayangkan. Digitalisasi dari non digital pasti membawa perubahan budaya dalam organisasi. Menurut majalah Forbes, sebanyak 62% perusahaan gagal dalam melaksanakan transformasi digital karena ketidaksiapan karyawan dalam melakukan perubahan. Perubahan ini tentu tidak lepas dari kolaborasi pemimpin leader savvy, SDM, kualitas dan fitur produk inovasi digital, yang akan membantu meningkatkan performa tim. Salah satu kendala ini juga terdapat pada perusahaan properti skala nasional yang mulai berkontribusi dalam revolusi industri yaitu Ciputra Grup untuk mengikui perkembangan zaman, kemudian dikembangkan program web Contract Procurement Management System (CPMS) untuk tim Construction. Pengembangan web program ini dimungkinkan mendongkrak performa tim Construction Ciputra Grup, agar lebih transparan, fleksibel dan paperless karena penggunaan web ini adalah memindahkan pekerjaan yang awalnya non digital menggunakan banyak kertas dan Microsoft Office menjadi online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pada peran transformasi digital terhadap performa tim Construction Ciputra Grup melalui dukungan inovasi digital program web CPMS. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) dan data didapat melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan Ciputra Grup departemen Construction and Development yang tersebar di 10 proyek di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil valid dan reliabel untuk seluruh variabel dengan R2 inovasi digital dan performance adalah 0,732 dan 0,791 dengan nilai prediktif Q2 sebesar 0,944. Hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan bahwa transformasi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap performance melalui inovasi digital yang dilakukan Ciputra Grup melalui program web CPMS.

World companies including Indonesia are improving in the face of the era of rapidly growing digitization that starts from various aspects of life such as banking, health, to property. Digital transformation in companies is no longer an option considered in this industrial revolution, but a necessity because it will create new opportunities for companies with more informative, efficient, fast, and organizational services to become more agile. But the journey to digital transformation is proving not to be as easy as imagined. Digitalization of non- digital definitely brings cultural change in organizations. According to Forbes magazine, 62% of companies fail to implement digital transformation due to employee unpreparedness to make changes. This change certainly can not be separated from the collaboration of leader savvy leaders, HR, quality and features of digital innovation products, which will help improve team performance. One of these obstacles is also found in national-scale property companies that began to contribute to the industrial revolution, namely Ciputra Group, with digital innovation developed for the Construction team is the CPMS (Contract Procurement Management System) web program. The program's web development is possible to boost the performance of the Ciputra Group Construction team, to be more transparent, flexible and paperless because the use of this web is to move jobs that were originally non-digital using a lot of paper and Microsoft Office to go online. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of digital transformation and the performance of the Ciputra Group Construction team through the support of digital innovation in the CPMS web program. This research is quantitative research that uses the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) method and the data obtained through questionnaires distributed to Ciputra Group of Construction and Development Employees departments spread across 10 projects in Indonesia. In this study, valid and reliable results were obtained for all variables with R2 digital innovation and performance were 0.732 and 0.791 with a predictive Q2 value of 0.944. The results of hypothesis testing found that digital transformation has a positive effect on performance through digital innovation carried out by Ciputra Group through the CPMS web program.
