Abstract
PT. SC Johnson Manufacturing Surabaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufactur dengan memproduksi produk obat nyamuk coil. Namun sejak tahun 2020 terjadi penurunan produktivitas sekitar 15% dari target. Penurunan produktivitas ini diakibatkan oleh menurunnya performa mesin. Performa mesin sangat mempengaruhi efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam proses produksi. Namun keandalan mesin seringkali kurang diperhatikan sehingga mesin rusak dan berpotensi memunculkan risiko kecelakaan kerja, produk defect maupun kerugian lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode OMMP (Overall Measure of Maintenance Performance) untuk mengukur kinerja manajemen pemeliharaan dengan pendekatan preventif maintenance maupun corrective maintenance dengan mempertimbangkan biaya dan waktu optimal. Selain itu pengukuran kinerja pemeliharaan ini akan menghasilkan penjadwalan perawatan yang lebih efisien. Mesin yang diteliti adalah mesin stamping MMG – 108 (mesin pencetak). Sedangkan untuk memitigasi risiko karena kegagalan manajemen perawatan mesin maka digunakan identifikasi risiko MAFMA (Multi Attribute Failure Mode Analysis). Nilai availability, performance dan quality rate masih rendah, sehingga melalui pendekatan OMMP maka perlunya dilakukan perbaikan melalui perspektif maintenance dimensi manpower maupun economy. Dimensi manpower dengan indikator–indikator utilization dan overdue task, serta dimensi work order dengaan indikator work order planned and scheduled, wrapping, dan inventory turnover rate. Dan dimensi economy dengan indikator–indikator utilization dan overdue task, serta dimensi work order dengaan indikator inventory turnover rate. Dari hasil MAFMA diperoleh prioritas perawatan dan perbaikan pada peringkat pertama punch holder (MAFMA = 0,0350), peringkat Kedua untuk lower plate (MAFMA = 0,0293), peringkat ketiga (MAFMA = 0,0159). Hal ini karena selain mempertimbangkan risiko pada produk yang dihasilkan juga mempertimbangkan efek kerugian mesin dan kemampuan perusahaaan terkait dengan pembiayaan perawatan.

PT. SC Johnson Manufacturing Surabaya is a company engaged in manufacturing by producing mosquito coil products. However, since 2020 there has been a decline in productivity of around 15% of the target. A reduction in engine performance causes this decrease in productivity. Machine performance greatly affects efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. However, machine reliability is often not paid attention to so that the machine is damaged and has the potential to create a risk of work accidents, product defects or other losses. This study uses the OMMP (Overall Measure of Maintenance Performance) method to measure the performance of maintenance management with preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance approaches by considering optimal costs and time. In addition, this maintenance performance measurement will result in more efficient maintenance scheduling. The machine under study is the MMG – 108 stamping machine (printing machine).Meanwhile, to mitigate risks due to failure of machine maintenance management, MAFMA (Multi-Attribute Failure Mode Analysis) risk identification is used. However, the value of Availability, performance and quality rate is still low, so through the OMMP approach, it is necessary to make improvements from the perspective of maintenance on the dimensions of human resources and economy. The human resources dimension with utilization and overdue task indicators, as well as the work order dimension with planned and scheduled work orders, wrapping, and inventory turnover rate indicators. And the economy dimension with utilization and overdue task indicators, as well as work order dimensions with inventory turnover rate indicators. From the results of MAFMA, the priority of maintenance and repair is on the first rank of punch holder (MAFMA = 0.0350), the second rank for the lower plate (MAFMA = 0.0293), the third rank (MAFMA = 0.0159). This is because, in addition to considering the products' risks, it also feels the effects of machine losses and the company's ability to pay for maintenance.
