Abstract

Bisnis logistik menjadi salah satu sektor usaha yang memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan yang tinggi. Laporan WEF menyebutkan bahwa pasar logistik Indonesia diperkirakan akan mengalami pertumbuhan rata-rata Compound Annual Growth Rate 7,9% pada tahun 2024. PT X yang merupakan cucu perusahaan dari PT Pertamina Group sekaligus sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang logistik memiliki peluang yang sama seperti perusahaan logistik yang lain. Namun hingga saat ini, PT X hanya beroperasi dengan memanfaatkan sebagian kecil potensi bisnis perusahaan induk. Hal ini disebabkan manajemen PT X tidak mendapatkan kepercayaan yang cukup dari manajemen perusahaan induk dalam mengelola pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan core business. Oleh karena itu, PT X mencoba untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dari manajemen perusahaan induk dengan meningkatkan performansi dari seluruh operasional bisnis yang dijalankan. Salah satunya adalah proses evaluasi kinerja vendor yang telah digunakan oleh PT X. Saat ini kriteria evaluasi yang digunakan PT X dalam menyeleksi vendor trucking hanyalah biaya dan waktu. Dalam penelitian ini, kriteria evaluasi dalam menyeleksi vendor trucking diperluas dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang terstruktur dan menyeluruh. Metode DEMATEL-ANP-TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan penentuan vendor terbaik serta evaluasi kinerja vendor yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan performansi perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan kriteria-kriteria baru untuk evaluasi dan pemilihan vendor yaitu kualitas, harga, pengiriman, teknologi, garansi, hubungan dan fleksibilitas. Kriteria-kriteria ini didefinisikan berdasarkan dari visi perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil DEMATEL, keterkaitan hubungan antar kriteria dan sub-kriteria bervariasi. Kriteria kualitas, harga, pengiriman, fleksibilitas dan garansi memiliki hubungan outer dependence. Selain itu, hubungan inner dependence hanya dimiliki kriteria pengiriman (delivery). Tidak hanya itu, hubungan two-way relationship juga terjadi pada kriteria kualitas – harga dan harga – pengiriman. Sedangkan untuk hasil ANP dan TOPSIS, posisi alternatif vendor terbaik adalah SIM diikuti dengan Nirta dan PSA.

The logistics business is one of the business sectors that has a high growth rate. The WEF report states that the Indonesian logistics market is expected to experience an average Compound Annual Growth Rate growth of 7.9% in 2024. PT X, which is the grandson of PT Pertamina Group as well as one of the companies engaged in the logistics sector, has the same opportunity. like any other logistics company. However, until now, PT X has only operated by utilizing a small part of the parent company's business potential. This is because the management of PT X does not get enough trust from the management of the parent company in managing work in accordance with the core business. Therefore, PT X tries to increase the trust of the parent company's management by improving the performance of all business operations carried out. One of them is the vendor performance evaluation process that has been used by PT X. Currently, the evaluation criteria used by PT X in selecting trucking vendors are only cost and time. In this study, the evaluation criteria in selecting trucking vendors were expanded by using a structured and comprehensive approach. The DEMATEL-ANP-TOPSIS method is used to determine the best vendor and evaluate vendor performance which will have an impact on increasing company performance. The results of this study obtained new criteria for vendor evaluation and selection, namely quality, price, delivery, technology, warranty, relationship and flexibility. These criteria are defined based on the company's vision. Based on DEMATEL results, the relationship between criteria and sub-criteria varies. Criteria for quality, price, delivery, flexibility and warranty have an outer dependence relationship. In addition, the inner dependence relationship is only owned by delivery criteria. Not only that, a two-way relationship also occurs on the criteria of quality – price and price – delivery. As for the results of ANP and TOPSIS, the best alternative vendor position is SIM followed by Nirta and PSA.
