Abstract
Perancangan Strategi, Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Informasi ward and peppard, 4 Dimensions Model, ITIL PT. XYZ menggunakan teknologi dan sistem informasi sebagai bagian proses bisnis. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah belum adanya strategi bisnis dan portofolio SI/TI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis PT XYZ dan belum ada strategi SI/TI untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dan aktivitas proses bisnis secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan susunan rancangan strategi bisnis dan portofolio SI/TI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis PT XYZ serta strategi SI/TI perusahaan yang mencakup kebutuhan infrastruktur dan kebutuhan lainnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dan proses bisnis PT XYZ. Tahapan perancangan dimulai dari analisis kondisi saat ini menggunakan pendekatan ward and peppard, selanjutnya dilakukan rancangan strategis bisnis dan SI/TI berdasarkan 4 Dimensions Model dalam Framework ITIL V4. Hasil analisis ward and peppard merupakan matriks SWOT dengan koordinat (3,04; 2,73), sehingga fokus strategi adalah SO (strenght – opportunities). Analisis tersebut menghasilkan rancangan strategis bisnis yang mencakup aspek Organization & People, Information & Technology, Partners & Supplier, Value Stream and Processes.dan SI/TI yaitu penyempurnaan aplikasi yang sudah ada berupa rekomendasi perbaikan dan penambahan fitur pada aplikasi LMS, Sistem EAM, dan Website, serta rekomendasi penambahan aplikasi baru, yaitu Sistem Pengelolaan SDM Strategi tersebut dapat mendukung peningkatan pendapatan PT XYZ sebagai langkah untuk menjaga sustainabilitas perusahaan.

PT. XYZ uses information technology and systems as part of its business processes. The problem in this research is that there are no business strategy and IS/IT portfolio that suits PT XYZ's business needs and there are no IS/IT strategy to meet customer needs and business process activities optimally. This study aims to obtain an arrangement of business strategy designs and IS/IT portfolios that are in accordance with PT XYZ's business needs and the company's IS/IT strategy which includes infrastructure needs and other needs to meet customer needs and PT XYZ's business processes. The design stage starts from an analysis of the current condition using the ward and peppard approach, then a strategic business and IS/IT design is carried out based on the 4 Dimensions Model in the ITIL V4 Framework. The results of the ward and peppard analysis are a SWOT matrix with coordinates (3.04; 2.73), so the focus of the strategy is SO (strength – opportunities). The analysis resulted in a strategic business design that includes aspects of Organization & People, Information & Technology, Partners & Suppliers, Value Stream and Processes. and IS/IT, namely improvements to existing applications in the form of recommendations for improvements and additional features on LMS applications, EAM systems, and Website, as well as recommendations for adding new applications, namely the HR Management System. This strategy can support PT XYZ's revenue increase as a step to maintain the company's sustainability
