Abstract
Model penelitian ini mengintegrasikan dua teori utama, yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).

Technological developments in the industry 4.0 era have encouraged manufacturing companies to undergo digital transformation towards Smart Factory systems. Smart Factory is a production system that utilizes the integration of technology, data, and automation to create more efficient, precise, and adaptive work processes. However, the success of Smart Factory implementation does not only depend on the readiness of technological infrastructure, but also on the level of user acceptance of the system. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the acceptance and actual use of Smart Factory systems in railway manufacturing companies. This research model integrates two main theories, namely the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The integration of these two models is used to explain the relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and facility support on behavioral intentions and actual behavior in the use of the Smart Factory system. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with data collection conducted entirely through structured questionnaires. All research variables are measured quantitatively using a Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Furthermore, Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) was used as the basis for formulating strategic suggestions and recommendations based on the level of importance and performance of each construct. The outputs of this study are an empirical model of user acceptance of the Smart Factory system, the results of testing the influence between latent constructs, and mapping of system improvement priorities through Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). The results of this analysis form the basis for the formulation of objective and applicable strategic suggestions and recommendations for PT INKA's management in improving the consistency of use and effectiveness of Smart Factory implementation.
