Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan suatu sistem untuk perusahan dalam melakukan pengelolaan proses bisnis. Perusahaan manufaktur memiliki berbagai proses bisnis yang saling berkaitan, termasuk pada perusahaan manufaktur dalam bidang alat kesehatan. PT X menjalankan proses bisnisnya menggunakan metode tradisional, Microsoft Excel, dan Sistem Informasi (SI). Data persediaan yang disajikan tidak sama dengan data fisik yang tersedia dan keseragaman datanya pada beberapa bagian dan pengolahan data tidak sesuai, sehingga mengakibatkan berbagai hasil negatif pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini disusun untuk meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan data persediaan dan mengintegrasikan data persediaan PT X. Dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Deployment (RAD). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu membuat desain dan implementasi Odoo 15 dengan fokus pada modul persediaan dan gudang untuk meningkatkan akurasi persediaan. Penelitian desain dan implementasi sistem ERP dengan Odoo saat ini sudah banyak, namun dengan fokus pada bagian persediaan dan gudang pada industri alat kesehatan masih sangat terbatas. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi perusahaan alat kesehatan dalam meningkatkan akurasi persediaan dan menjadi sarana dalam melakukan diskusi mengenai pengembangan penelitian terhadap sistem ERP dengan menggunakan Odoo pada modul persediaan dan gudang di industri alat kesehatan.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a system for companies in managing business processes. Manufacturing companies have various interrelated business processes, including manufacturing companies in the field of medical devices. PT X runs its business processes using traditional methods, Microsoft Excel, and Information Systems (IS). Inventory data presented is not the same as the available physical data and the uniformity of the data in several parts and data processing is not appropriate, resulting in various negative results for the company. This research is structured to improve the accuracy of recording inventory data and integrating inventory data of PT X. By collecting data using interview and observation methods, this research will use the Rapid Application Deployment (RAD) method. The results of this study are to design and implement Odoo 15 with a focus on inventory and warehouse modules to improve inventory accuracy. There are many researches on the design and implementation of ERP systems with Odoo, but with a focus on inventory and warehouse parts in the medical device industry, it is still very limited. It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference for medical device companies in increasing inventory accuracy and as a means of conducting discussions on the development of research on ERP systems using Odoo on the inventory and warehouse module in the medical device industry.
