Abstract

Hexavara Technology merupakan perusahaan software house yang mengembangkan solusi teknologi bagi berbagai klien. Produk yang kami kerjakan saat melakukan Kerja Praktik adalah Sistem Hexavara CBS, yaitu Project Cost Management System yang membantu klien di bidang konstruksi untuk mengelola biaya proyek. Pengguna utama aplikasi yang kami kembangkan adalah pengelola proyek yang bertugas menyusun struktur biaya, mencatat realisasi pengeluaran dan pemasukan, serta memantau progres proyek konstruksi. Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan Next.js pada sisi frontend dan Express.js pada sisi backend, dengan basis data PostgreSQL melalui Supabase. Sistem memiliki beberapa fitur, di antaranya pengelolaan Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), pengelolaan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), pengelolaan termin pembayaran, cost control, dan cost report. Sistem ini menerapkan Vertical Slice Architecture dan Repository Pattern agar kode lebih terstruktur dan mudah dipelihara.

Hexavara Technology is a software house company that develops technology solutions for various clients. During the internship, the product developed was the Hexavara CBS System, a Project Cost Management System that assists clients in the construction industry in managing project costs. The primary users of the application are project managers responsible for preparing the cost breakdown structure, recording actual expenditures and revenues, and monitoring the progress of construction projects. The application was developed using Next.js for the frontend, Express.js for the backend, and PostgreSQL through Supabase as the database. The system provides several features, including Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) management, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) management, payment milestone management, cost control, and cost reporting. The system implements the Vertical Slice Architecture and the Repository Pattern to ensure a more structured, maintainable, and easier-to-manage codebase.
