Abstract
PT. E-T-A Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur komponen listrik dan perlindungan arus. Dalam rangka mendukung digitalisasi proses administrasi internal, PT. E-T-A Indonesia mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mengelola perizinan keluar-masuk karyawan serta perjalanan dinas. Selama pelaksanaan kerja praktik, penulis berperan sebagai frontend engineer intern yang bertugas membangun antarmuka pengguna untuk dua aplikasi web, yaitu In Out Permission dan Duty Travel. Aplikasi In Out Permission dirancang untuk memfasilitasi pengajuan dan persetujuan izin keluar-masuk karyawan secara digital dengan alur approval multi-level yang melibatkan Authorizer, Acknowledger, dan Security. Sementara itu, aplikasi Duty Travel mengelola seluruh siklus perjalanan dinas mulai dari pembuatan Order Form, persiapan perjalanan, hingga pengajuan reimbursement. Kedua aplikasi dibangun menggunakan framework Next.js dan diintegrasikan dengan REST API dari tim backend.

PT. E-T-A Indonesia is a company operating in the electrical component and current protection manufacturing industry. In support of digitalizing internal administrative processes, PT. E-T-A Indonesia is developing a web-based information system to manage employee in-out permissions and duty travel. During the practical work period (Kerja Praktik), the author served as a frontend engineer intern tasked with building the user interfaces for two web applications, namely In Out Permission and Duty Travel. The In Out Permission application is designed to facilitate digital submission and approval of employee in-out permits through a multi-level approval workflow involving the Authorizer, Acknowledger, and Security. Meanwhile, the Duty Travel application manages the entire duty travel cycle, from Order Form creation and trip preparation to reimbursement submission. Both applications are built using the Next.js framework and integrated with REST APIs from the backend team.
