Abstract

Jalan Lintas Selatan (JLS) merupakan proyek strategis nasional yang membentang sepanjang pesisir pantai selatan Jawa Timur. JLS dibagi menjadi beberapa segmen, salah satunya LOT 7 yang berada di Kabupaten Blitar sepanjang 12,625 km. Pada STA 6+570 struktur badan jalan berada dibawah elevasi eksisting sehingga diperlukan pekerjaan galian sedalam 10,7 meter. Berdasarkan karakteristik tanah diperlukan adanya perkuatan lereng untuk mencegah terjadinya kelongsoran. Perkuatan yang digunakan adalah cantilever wall setinggi 5 m dengan lebar 3,75 m serta dipasang sepanjang 36,3 m. Cantilever wall dilengkapi dengan strauss pile berdiameter 30 cm sebanyak 48 titik. Pemasangan strauss pile tidak terpasang sesuai dengan perencanaan karena terdapat lapisan tanah keras pada kedalaman tertentu. Sehingga diperlukan adanya evaluasi terhadap struktur perkuatan eksisting serta usulan perkuatan lereng tambahan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas lereng. Analisa stabilitas lereng menggunakan program Plaxis 8.6, perhitungan manual metode Bishop serta program Geo5. Sedangkan metode analisa perkuatan lereng menggunakan program Plaxis 8.6 serta perhitungan manual. Analisa daya dukung strauss pile menggunakan metode Mayerhof, Luciano Decourt dan Briaud et al, dimana strauss pile yang ditinjau kedalaman 1,5 m, 2,5 m, 3,5 m, 4 m dan 5 m. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan nilai displacement lateral dan safety factor. Hasil analisa perhitungan manual cantilever wall dan strauss pile didapatkan nilai stabilitas guling, stabilitas geser dan daya dukung tanah sudah memenuhi ketentuan SNI. Sedangkan analisa perkuatan lereng dengan cantilever wall menggunakan Plaxis 8.6. didapatkan nilai SF sebesar 1,126. Dengan tambahan pondasi strauss pile nilai stabilitas lereng hanya meningkat 0,5% - 3,6% sesuai dengan kedalaman pile. Nilai SF tersebut menunjukkan bahwa lereng masih dikategorikan kritis dan mungkin bisa terjadi longsor. Sehingga diperlukan tambahan perkuatan berupa soil nailing untuk meningkatkan stabilitas lereng. Setelah dilakukan analisa terhadap perkuatan lereng dengan tambahan soil nailing, nilai stabilitas lereng meningkat hingga 14% - 30%.

The Trans South Java Road (JLS) is a national strategic project that stretches along the southern coast of East Java. In STA 6+570 the road structure is below the existing elevation so that excavation work is 10,7 meters deep. Based on the soil characteristics, slope reinforcement is needed to prevent landslides. The reinforcement used is cantilever wall as high as 5 m with a width of 3,75 m and installed along 36,3 m. cantilever wall is equipped with strauss pile a diameter of 30 cm. The installation of the strauss pile was not installed according to the plan because there was a layer of hard soil at a certain depth. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the existing reinforcement structure and propose additional slope reinforcement to improve slope stability. Analysis of slope stability using the Plaxis 8.6 program, manual calculations using the Bishop method and the Geo5 program. While the slope reinforcement analysis method uses the Plaxis 8.6 program and manual calculations. Analysis bearing capacity of the strauss pile using the method of Mayerhof, Luciano Decourt and Briaud et al, where strauss pile is 1,5 m, 2,5 m, 3,5 m, 4 m and 5 m. From the analysis results obtained values of displacement lateral safety factor. The results of the analysis of manual calculations for cantilever walls and strauss piles obtained that the values of overtuning stability, sliding stability and bearing capacity have met the requirements of SNI. While the analysis of slope reinforcement with cantilever wall using Plaxis 8.6. obtained SF value of 1,126. With additional strauss pile the value of slope stability only increased 0,5% - 3,6% according to pile depth. The SF value indicates that the slope is still categorized as critical and landslides may occur. So that additional reinforcement is needed in the form of soil nailing to increase slope stability. After analyzing the slope reinforcement with additional soil nailing, the slope stability value increased by 14% - 30%.
