Abstract
PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri pupuk dan petrokimia terbesar di Indonesia. Berperan penting dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional, PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur menyediakan produk pupuk berkualitas yang mendukung sektor pertanian. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, perusahaan terus berinovasi di berbagai bidang, termasuk teknologi informasi.
Sebagai bagian dari upaya tersebut, dalam kerja praktik ini penulis ditugaskan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem berbasis web untuk Manajemen Aset TI yang akan digunakan oleh Departemen Teknologi Informasi. Website ini dirancang untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengelolaan aset TI, persetujuan peminjaman dan pengembalian aset TI di PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. Sistem ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan aset TI serta mengurangi kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada proses manual.

PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur is one of the largest fertilizer and petrochemical companies in Indonesia. As a key contributor to national food security, the company provides high-quality fertilizer products to support the agricultural sector. To improve operational efficiency, the company continuously innovates in various fields, including information technology.
As part of this initiative, during the internship the author was assigned to develop a web-based IT Asset Management System for the Information Technology Department. The website is designed to simplify and accelerate IT asset management processes, including the approval of asset borrowing and returning. The system aims to improve the efficiency of IT asset management while reducing errors associated with the previously used manual processes.
