Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan suatau kegiatan yang berlangsung dalam jangka waktu terbatas dengan sumber daya yang beragam. Oleh karena itu, pengerjaan proyek membutuhkan manajemen konstruksi untuk membutuhkan pengaturan sumber daya yang efektif dan efisien. Proyek ini merencanakan manajemen konstruksi pada proyek pembangunan MTH 27 Office Suites yang berada JL. Letjen Mt. Haryono Kav 27 Kelurahan Cawang Kecamatan Kramat Jati Kota Jakarta Timur. MTH 27 Office Suites sedang dibangun sebagai jawaban atas kebutuhan bisnis Jakarta yang terus berkembang. Menyadari potensi besar wilayah MT Haryono sebagai gerbang masuk Jakarta, MTH 27 Office Suites menyediakan 13 lantai kantor Strata-title. lengkap dengan empat tingkat basement, ATM Center, kafe, Restoran dan toko serba ada, MTH 27 Office Suites akan siap untuk menawarkan ruang kerja yang nyaman dan produktif bagi semua. Penyusunan proyek ini dimulai dari mengidentifikasi item pekerjaan kemudian menghitung volume dan produktivitas. Perhitungan tersebut akan menentukan durasi item pekerjaan yang selanjutnya digunakan untuk menyusun penjadwalan. Penjadwalan menggunakan CPM (Critical Path Methode) dengan mengaplikasikan program bantu Autocad. Hasil analisa perhitungan waktu diperoleh selama 136 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 16,758,809,693.77.

A construction project is an activity that lasts for a limited period of time with various resources. Therefore, project work requires construction management to require effective and efficient resource management. This project plans construction management on the MTH 27 Office Suites construction project which is located on JL. Lt. Gen. Mt. Haryono Kav 27 Cawang Village, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta City. MTH 27 Office Suites are being built in response to Jakarta's growing business needs. Realizing the huge potential of the MT Haryono area as the gateway to Jakarta, MTH 27 Office Suites provides 13 floors of Strata-title offices. Complete with four basement levels, ATM Center, cafe, restaurant and convenience store, MTH 27 Office Suites will be ready to offer a comfortable and productive workspace for all. The preparation of this project starts from identifying work items and then calculating volume and productivity. The calculation will determine the duration of the work item which is then used to arrange the schedule. Scheduling using CPM (Critical Path Method) by applying the Autocad program. The results of the analysis of the calculation of the time obtained for 136 working days and the implementation cost of Rp. 16,758,809,693.77.
