Abstract

Dalam proyek konstruksi, alat berat memegang peranan penting,terutama untuk proyek konstruksi denganskala besar. Pada pekerjaan di wilayah ini dibutuhkan alat berat, sehingga hasil yang di harapkan dapat tercapai dengan lebih mudah. Kesalahan dalam pemilihan alat dapat menyebabkan waktu dan biaya yang dikeluarkan terbuang dengan percuma. Alat berat yang akan digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini, berhubungan erat dengan pekerjaan tanah. Pekerjaan ini merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan terkadang merupakan bagian terbesar dariseluruh pekerjaan suatu proses pembangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merencanakan kebutuhan pemakaian alat berat pada pekerjaan tanah meliputi analisa produktifitas alat berat, jumlah dan tipe alat berat yang digunakan, biaya yang dibutuhkan dan penjadwalan pemakaian alat berat. Dalam perhitungan ini digunakan metode yang mengacu pada perhitungan Pemindahan Tanah Mekanis (PTM.) .Analisa kombinasialat berat dilakukan untuk mendapatkan biaya, dan idle time yang paling efsien. Dari hasil analisa yang direncanakan, didapatkan beberapa tipe alat berat yang digunakan dalam proyek ini antara lain adalah : 4 unit Bulldozer tipe D-41 P-3; 2 unit Bulldozertipe D-41 P-3; 1 unit Vibration Roller tipe BW 142 PD; 23 unit Dump Truck 10 ton ; 1 unit Motor Grader tipe GD 31-3H; 3 unit Excavator tipe PC - 100. Besarnya biaya sewa penggunaan alat pada proyek tersebut adalah Rp 2.786.578.401,61 dengan total waktu penyelesaian selama 103 hari kalender.

In construction projects, heavy equipment plays an important role, especially for construction projects with large scales. In this area, heavy equipment is needed, so that the expected results can be achieved more easily. Errors in the selection of tools can cause the time and costs incurred to be wasted for nothing. The heavy equipment that will be used in this final project, is closely related to earthworks. This work is very important and sometimes is the lion's share of the entire work of a development process. This research was conducted to plan the needs of heavy equipment use in earthworks including analyzing the productivity of heavy equipment, the number and type of heavy equipment used, the costs needed and scheduling the use of heavy equipment. In this calculation, a method that refers to the calculation of Mechanical Land Transfer (PTM.) is used. . Combination analysis of heavy equipment is carried out to obtain costs, and idle time is the most efficient. From the results of the planned analysis, several types of heavy equipment used in this project were obtained, including: 4 unit of Bulldozer type D-41 P-3; 2 unit of Bulldozer type D-41 P-3; 2 unit of Vibration Roller type BW 142 PD; 23 units of Dump Truck 10 tons ; 1 unit of Motor Grader type GD 31-3H; 3 units of PC type Excavator - 100. The amount of rental cost for the use of tools in the project is IDR 2,786,578,401.61 with a total completion time of 103 calendar days.
