Abstract
Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di PT PLN Nusantara Power terus meningkat seiring kebutuhan otomasi proses bisnis dan pengembangan aplikasi internal yang andal dan aman. Na-mun, proses pengembangan yang berjalan selama ini masih ber-fokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan fungsional, sehingga aspek keamanan aplikasi belum terdokumentasi secara eksplisit, belum terintegrasi di setiap fase Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), dan sulit ditelusuri keterkaitannya antar dokumen pengembangan. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masa-lah, seperti potensi kontrol keamanan yang terlewat, kesulitan melakukan audit keamanan, serta ketergantungan pada penge-tahuan individu pengembang ketika menangani risiko keamanan aplikasi.

The utilization of information technology at PT PLN Nusantara Power continues to grow in line with the need for business process automation and the development of reliable and secure internal applications. However, the current development process still focuses primarily on fulfilling functional requirements. Consequently, application security aspects have not been explicitly documented, are not yet integrated into every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and lack traceability across development documents. This situation leads to several issues, including the potential for overlooked security controls, difficulties in conducting security audits, and a reliance on individual developers' knowledge when addressing application security risks.
