Abstract
Bekisting merupakan cetakan sementara yang digunakan untuk menahan beban selama beton dituang hingga beton mengeras. Terdapat berbagai jenis bekisting. Munculnya jenis bekisting baru yaitu bekisting aluminium. Bekisting aluminium jika dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional, dari segi durasi produktivitas, kualitas, dan penggunaan, bekisting aluminium merupakan bekisting yang efektif digunakan terutama pada proyek besar karena dapat digunakan berulang kali dan biaya untuk tenaga kerja relatif lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional. Sehingga dapat digunakan pada proyek ini. Selain itu, pada proyek eksisting banyak material kayu bekas penggunaan bekisting yang berserakan dan bekisting aluminium merupakan salah satu solusi untuk itu, karena bekisting aluminium tidak menghasilkan sampah dan apabila tidak digunakan kembali dapat dilebur kembali. Bekisting aluminium juga menggunakan metode fix shoring, sehingga lebih aman dalam pelaksanaannya. Mobilitas bekisting aluminium juga lebih mudah dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional Pada proyek akhir ini, penulis akan membandingkan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan antara menggunakan bekisting konvensional dan bekisting aluminium pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Surabaya. yang berlokasi di Jl. Raya Panjang Jiwo Permai No. 87-89, Surabaya memiliki 9 lantai dan 4 lantai atap dengan struktur beton bertulang. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis dan perbandingan antara metode bekisting konvensional dan metode bekisting aluminium dengan mempertimbangkan jumlah pekerja, produktivitas dan harga survey, sehingga didapatkan perbandingan dari segi waktu dan biaya antara kedua metode bekisting. Dari hasil analisis proyek akhir ini, pada Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Universitas Surabaya dengan menggunakan bekisting konvensional dapat diselesaikan dengan durasi 353 hari kerja, sedangkan jika menggunakan bekisting aluminium dapat diselesaikan dengan durasi 317 hari kerja. Metode bekisting aluminium mampu diselesaikan 36 hari kerja lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional. Ditinjau dari segi biaya, bekisting konvensional menghabiskan biaya sebesar Rp57.307.339.713 sedangkan jika menggunakan bekisting aluminium menghabiskan biaya sebesar Rp60.568.613.772. Bekisting aluminium membutuhkan biaya 5,69% lebih mahal daripada bekisting konvensional

The emergence of a new type of formwork, namely aluminum formwork. Aluminum formwork when compared to conventional formwork, in terms of duration of productivity, quality, and use, aluminum formwork is an effective formwork especially for large projects because it can be used repeatedly and the cost for labor is relatively less than conventional formwork. So it can be used in this project. In addition, in the existing project there are many used wood materials, the use of formwork is scattered and aluminum formwork is one solution for that, because aluminum formwork does not produce waste and if it is not reused it can be melted down again. Aluminum formwork also uses the fix shoring method, so it is safer in its implementation. The mobility of aluminum formwork is also easier compared to conventional formwork In this final project, the author will compare the implementation time and cost between using conventional formwork and aluminum formwork at the University Hospital of Surabaya. which is located on Jl. Raya Long Jiwo Permai No. 87-89, Surabaya has 9 floors and 4 floors roof with reinforced concrete structure. In this final project, an analysis and comparison between conventional formwork methods and aluminum formwork methods is carried out by considering the number of workers, productivity and survey prices, in order to obtain a comparison in terms of time and cost between the two formwork methods. From the results of this final project analysis, the construction of the University of Surabaya Hospital using conventional formwork can be completed with a duration of 353 working days, while using aluminum formwork can be completed with a duration of 317 working days. The aluminum formwork method can be completed 36 working days faster than conventional formwork.
