Abstract

Pada mesin line produksi di PT.Indolakto Pandaan terjadi loosing , yang mana nilai loosing tersebut mempengaruhi nilai efektivitas pada sistem produksi. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka tujuan proyek akhir ini membuat sistem pengukuran untuk mengetahui nilai loosing dan juga nilai efektivitas menggunakan metode Overal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Perhitungan nilai OEE dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai avaibility , performance dan quality. Perhitungan loosing dilakukan menggunakan perhitungan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Dari pengujian didapatkan hasil yaitu nilai OEE memiliki nilai rata rata 75 % dan dari pengujian perhitungan nilai loosing didapatkan hasil bahwa loosing dipengaruhi oleh fungsi mesin , sistem warning maintenance akan aktif ketika nilai loosing berada >35 % dan nilai OEE berada < 60 %.

In the production line machine at PT. Indolakto Pandaan loosing occurs, where the loosing value affects the effectiveness of the production system. Based on these problems, the purpose of this final project is to create a measurement system to determine the value of losing and also the value of effectiveness using the Overal Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. Calculation of OEE value is done by calculating the value of availability, performance and quality. Loosing calculation is done using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) calculation. From the test, the result is that the OEE value has an average value of 75% and from the test of calculating the loosing value, it is found that loosing is influenced by engine function, the warning maintenance system will be active when the loosing value is >35% and the OEE value is <60%.
