Abstract
PT Untung Bersama Sejahtera (PT. UBS) merupakan perusahaan yang telah beroperasi selama lebih dari 40 tahun di industri perhiasan emas, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan proses audit dan inspeksi Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan terfragmentasi. Kondisi ini menyulitkan proses monitoring temuan, pelacakan tindak lanjut perbaikan, serta pelaporan yang efektif kepada manajemen. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh proses audit dan inspeksi dalam satu platform terpadu. Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kewajiban akademik sebesar 4 SKS dan membantu PT. UBS dalam mengembangkan aplikasi web QHSE Dashboard khususnya untuk modul Audit & Inspection, beserta aplikasi mobile untuk pelaporan inspeksi yang terintegrasi dengannya. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi perumusan masalah melalui diskusi dengan tim IT PT. UBS dan penerimaan handover berupa prototype Figma, ERD, serta dummy data, lalu studi literatur untuk pemahaman teknologi yang digunakan, analisis dan perancangan sistem berdasarkan dokumen yang diterima, implementasi sistem secara paralel oleh tim frontend dan backend, serta pengujian dan evaluasi. Sistem dikembangkan sebagai aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel dengan arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC), Blade templating engine untuk antarmuka pengguna, MySQL sebagai sistem manajemen basis data, serta Laravel Eloquent ORM untuk pengelolaan relasi antar entitas. Adapun aplikasi mobile untuk pelaporan inspeksi dikembangkan menggunakan framework Flutter. Hasil dari kerja praktik ini adalah sebuah aplikasi web QHSE Dashboard yang mencakup halaman login dengan autentikasi berbasis session, homepage sebagai landing page, serta modul Audit & Inspection yang terdiri dari Master Data (Role, User, Inspector, Departemen, Lokasi, Kategori), Transaksi Inspeksi dan Perbaikan dengan fitur upload bukti gambar, Dashboard dengan visualisasi data, serta Report Hasil Inspeksi. Selain itu, dikembangkan pula sebuah aplikasi mobile untuk pelaporan inspeksi yang memungkinkan inspektor mencatat waktu pelaksanaan inspeksi beserta detail temuannya, kemudian mengirimkannya melalui fitur submit sehingga data tersebut langsung terintegrasi ke dalam web QHSE Dashboard yang telah dibangun sebelumnya. Dengan adanya kedua aplikasi ini, diharapkan efisiensi pencatatan dan pelacakan temuan inspeksi dapat meningkat, monitoring status tindak lanjut perbaikan menjadi lebih mudah, serta pengambilan keputusan manajemen QHSE berbasis data di PT. UBS dapat lebih terdukung.

PT Untung Bersama Sejahtera (PT. UBS) is a company that has been operating for more than 40 years in the gold jewelry industry, facing challenges in managing its Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) audit and inspection processes, which are still conducted manually and in a fragmented manner. This condition complicates the process of monitoring findings, tracking corrective action follow-ups, and providing effective reporting to management. To address this issue, a web-based information system is needed that can integrate the entire audit and inspection process into a single, unified platform. This practical work (kerja praktik) aims to fulfill an academic requirement of 4 credit units (SKS) and to assist PT. UBS in developing a QHSE Dashboard web application, specifically for the Audit & Inspection module, along with a mobile application for inspection reporting that is integrated with it. The methodology employed includes problem formulation through discussions with PT. UBS's IT team and the receipt of handover materials in the form of a Figma prototype, an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and dummy data; a literature study to gain an understanding of the technologies used; system analysis and design based on the documents received; parallel system implementation by the frontend and backend teams; and testing and evaluation. The system was developed as a web-based application using the Laravel framework with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, the Blade templating engine for the user interface, MySQL as the database management system, and Laravel Eloquent ORM for managing relationships between entities. The mobile application for inspection reporting was developed using the Flutter framework. The result of this practical work is a QHSE Dashboard web application that includes a login page with session-based authentication, a homepage serving as a landing page, and an Audit & Inspection module consisting of Master Data (Role, User, Inspector, Department, Location, Category), Inspection and Corrective Action Transactions with an image evidence upload feature, a Dashboard with data visualization, and Inspection Result Reports. In addition, a mobile application for inspection reporting was developed, enabling inspectors to record the time of inspection execution along with detailed findings, which can then be submitted so that the data is directly integrated into the previously built QHSE Dashboard web application. With the presence of these two applications, it is expected that the efficiency of recording and tracking inspection findings can improve, the monitoring of corrective action follow-up status can become easier, and data-driven QHSE management decision-making at PT. UBS can be better supported.
