Abstract
Industri galangan kapal memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional maritim, khususnya melalui kegiatan reparasi kapal. Namun, permasalahan keterlambatan sering muncul akibat kompleksitas aktivitas, keterbatasan fasilitas seperti dry dock, serta ketidakpastian dalam durasi pengerjaan. Penjadwalan yang tidak efektif dapat berdampak pada meningkatnya biaya, menurunnya produktivitas, dan berkurangnya kepercayaan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pendekatan yang mampu mengatasi keterbatasan teknis sekaligus adaptif terhadap dinamika lingkungan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model penjadwalan reparasi kapal yang mampu mengidentifikasi aktivitas-aktivitas kritis sekaligus menyesuaikan diri dengan faktor ketidakpastian yang muncul selama proses pengerjaan. Melalui pendekatan tersebut, jadwal proyek diharapkan dapat disusun dengan lebih efisien, fleksibel, serta memiliki daya tahan terhadap perubahan kondisi yang sulit diprediksi. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data dari proyek reparasi kapal di galangan, analisis aktivitas untuk menentukan urutan pekerjaan yang berpengaruh besar terhadap waktu penyelesaian, serta penerapan kerangka VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) untuk memahami faktor-faktor risiko yang berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam peningkatan manajemen penjadwalan di galangan kapal, serta memperkaya literatur mengenai penerapan pendekatan adaptif dalam industri maritim.

Shipyards play a crucial role in supporting maritime operations, particularly through ship repair activities. However, delays often occur due to the complexity of activities, limited facilities such as dry docks, and uncertainties in work duration. Ineffective scheduling may lead to increased costs, reduced productivity, and a decline in customer trust. Therefore, a scheduling approach that is both technically sound and adaptive to dynamic environments is required. This study aims to develop a ship repair scheduling model that can identify critical activities while adapting to uncertainties that may arise during the repair process. Through this approach, project schedules are expected to be arranged more efficiently, flexibly, and resiliently in response to unpredictable conditions. The research methodology includes data collection from ship repair projects in shipyards, activity analysis to determine task sequences with significant impact on completion time, and the application of the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) framework to identify risk factors that may cause delays. The findings of this research are expected to provide practical contributions to improving scheduling management in shipyards, as well as enrich the literature on adaptive approaches in the maritime industry.
