Abstract

Laporan magang ini disusun berdasarkan kegiatan magang di PT Aneka Patra Integritas, perusahaan konsultan yang bergerak di bidang Engineering Design dan Asset Integrity Management. Selama pelaksanaan magang, penulis mempelajari proses bisnis perusahaan, layanan manajemen integritas aset, engineering design, serta penerapannya pada industri minyak dan gas. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi penyusunan Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), reverse engineering, Remaining Life Assessment (RLA), Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), serta simulasi neraca massa dan neraca energi. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, penulis memperoleh pemahaman mengenai penerapan ilmu teknik kimia industri dalam mendukung keandalan, keselamatan, dan efisiensi fasilitas industri migas. Hasil magang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi teknis, kemampuan analisis, serta kesiapan penulis dalam menghadapi dunia kerja profesional.

This internship report was prepared based on an internship program at PT Aneka Patra Integritas, an engineering consulting company specializing in Engineering Design and Asset Integrity Management. During the internship, the author studied the company's business processes, asset integrity management services, engineering design, and their implementation in the oil and gas industry. The activities included preparing Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), reverse engineering, Remaining Life Assessment (RLA), Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), as well as mass and energy balance simulations. These activities provided practical knowledge of applying industrial chemical engineering principles to improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency of oil and gas facilities. The internship is expected to enhance the author's technical competence, analytical skills, and readiness to work in a professional engineering environment.
