Abstract
PT. Autonik Pack Machinery merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang packaging dan processing dengan produk utamanya adalah mesin packaging. Dalam kegiatan manajemen pergudangannya masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari pendataan transaksi hingga perekapan data masih menggunakan bantuan formulir hardcopy dan Microsoft Excel, sehingga kegiatan manajemen gudang tidak berjalan secara maksimal dan efisien yang menyebabkan timbulnya beberapa masalah atau kendala seperti adanya antrian di area gudang, perekapan data yang perlu dilakukan pada waktu tidak ada transaksi barang, serta persetujuan permintaan yang terkadang sulit didapatkan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah sebuah Mobile Application yang akan membantu dalam manajemen gudang pada proses pencatatan atau perekaman data transaksi barang sebagai perekapan digital yang dapat berjalan secara otomatis sehingga Warehouse Management System (WMS) yang sudah ada dalam industri mendapat peningkatan. Dalam pembuatan mobile application digunakan metode Agile dengan jenis Feature Driven Development (FDD) yang dipilih dikarenakan sifatnya yang fleksibel, cepat, dan berfokus pada fitur dari aplikasi. Dalam pengujian dari aplikasi yang dibuat digunakan pengujian black box dengan beberapa metode pengujian yang kemudian hasil pengujian dianalisa hingga ditemukan persentase fungsionalitas dari aplikasi sebesar 96,3% dan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 80% berdasarkan PT. Autonik Pack Machinery dengan kriteria sangat layak.

PT. Autonik Pack Machinery is a company engaged in packaging and processing with its main product being packaging machines. In warehousing management activities are still carried out manually starting from transaction data collection to data recording still using hardcopy forms and Microsoft Excel, so that warehouse management activities do not run optimally and efficiently, which causes several problems or obstacles such as queues in the warehouse area, data recording that needs to be done when there are no goods transactions, as well as request approvals which is sometimes difficult to obtain. To overcome these problems, a Mobile Application was created that will assist in warehouse management in the process of registering or recording goods transaction data as a digital record that can run automatically so that the existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) in the industry gets an improvement. In making the mobile application, the Agile method is used with the Feature Driven Development (FDD) type chosen because it is flexible, fast, and focuses on the features of the application. In testing the application created, black box testing was used with several testing methods, then the test result was analyzed to find the percentage of functionality from the application is 96,3 % and the feasibility level is 80% based on PT. Autonik Pack Machinery with very decent criteria.
