Abstract

Transformasi digital pada warung kelontong tradisional sering kali terhambat oleh ketidaksesuaian antara rancangan aplikasi digital dengan dinamika operasional nyata di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aplikasi manajemen persediaan SI-Stock guna menganalisis tingkat usability serta mengidentifikasi hambatan adopsi teknologi pada pelaku usaha mikro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran (mixed-methods) dengan desain triangulasi. Evaluasi kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan metrik usability (Task Success Rate, Error Rate, Time on Task) dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS), yang kemudian diperdalam secara kualitatif menggunakan kerangka Socio-Technical Systems (STS) melalui wawancara mendalam dan triangulasi log aktivitas sistem. Pengumpulan data melibatkan 10 pengelola warung melalui dua siklus pengujian. Hasil pengujian pada aplikasi versi pertama (v1) menunjukkan tingkat kesalahan interaksi (Error Rate) yang tinggi sebesar 63,33% dengan skor SUS 74,0. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan desain antarmuka, performa aplikasi pada iterasi versi kedua (v2) meningkat secara signifikan dengan Task Success Rate (TSR) mencapai 100%, Error Rate menurun drastis menjadi 20%, dan skor kepuasan SUS naik menjadi 87,2 (Excellent). Berdasarkan analisis STS, disimpulkan bahwa hambatan utama adopsi teknologi di warung bukan bersumber dari rendahnya literasi digital pelaku usaha, melainkan karena sistem yang kurang luwes dalam mengakomodasi beban peran ganda pengelola dan ritme transaksi yang cepat. Adopsi aplikasi digital terbukti lebih berhasil ketika sistem mampu memberikan fleksibilitas waktu bagi pengguna untuk melakukan rekapitulasi data secara berkala di sela-sela kesibukan operasional warung.

Digital transformation in traditional grocery stores (warungs) is often hindered by the mismatch between digital application design and the actual operational dynamics in the field. This study aims to evaluate the SI-Stock inventory management application to analyze its usability level and identify barriers to technology adoption among micro-entrepreneurs. This study uses a mixed-methods approach with a triangulation design. Quantitative evaluation was conducted using usability metrics (Task Success Rate, Error Rate, Time on Task) and the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, which was then deepened qualitatively using the Socio-Technical Systems (STS) framework through in-depth interviews and system activity log triangulation. Data collection involved 10 warung managers through two testing cycles. The test results on the first version (v1) of the application showed a high interaction Error Rate of 63.33% with a SUS score of 74.0. After interface design improvements, the application's performance in the second iteration (v2) increased significantly, with the Task Success Rate (TSR) reaching 100%, the Error Rate dropping drastically to 20%, and the SUS satisfaction score rising to 87.2 (Excellent). Based on the STS analysis, it is concluded that the main barrier to technology adoption in warungs does not stem from the users' low digital literacy, but rather from a system that is inflexible in accommodating the managers' dual-role burden and fast-paced transaction rhythms. The adoption of digital applications proves more successful when the system provides time flexibility for users to conduct periodic data recapitulation (batching) amidst the busy warung operations.
