Abstract
Sistem Single Point Mooring (SPM) memerlukan pemilihan tipe anchor yang tepat untuk menjamin kestabilan, keselamatan, dan keandalan sistem tambat pada berbagai kondisi lingkungan laut. Penentuan anchor umumnya mempertimbangkan banyak kriteria teknis secara bersamaan, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan pengambilan keputusan multikriteria yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini mengkaji sistem SPM 35.000 DWT yang berlokasi di Pelabuhan Belawan, Medan, dengan tiga kandidat drag embedment anchor yang dievaluasi, yaitu Vryhof Stevpris MK5, Bruce FFTS MK4, dan Flipper Delta. Beban desain diperoleh dari pemodelan dinamis menggunakan OrcaFlex, yang menghasilkan tegangan maksimum sebesar 1.661 kN sebagai target proof load jangkar. Performa kinematika penetrasi masing-masing anchor disimulasikan menggunakan pendekatan analitis Limit Equilibrium Method (LEM) yang diimplementasikan dalam MATLAB, menghasilkan data kuantitatif berupa dragging distance, kedalaman penetrasi (embedment depth), dan holding efficiency. Data tersebut, bersama estimasi biaya pengadaan (landed cost) dan kesulitan instalasi, disusun dalam matriks keputusan dan dievaluasi menggunakan metode kombinasi Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk pembobotan kriteria dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk pemeringkatan alternatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Vryhof Stevpris MK5 merupakan drag anchor yang paling optimal dengan nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,897, mengungguli Bruce FFTS MK4 (0,891) dan Flipper Delta (0,106). Keunggulan ini didorong oleh holding efficiency tertinggi dan estimasi biaya pengadaan terendah di antara ketiga kandidat. Pendekatan AHP-TOPSIS yang diterapkan diharapkan dapat menjadi kerangka metodologi yang transparan, sistematis, dan dapat direplikasi pada studi pemilihan anchor di lokasi dan konfigurasi SPM yang berbeda.

A Single Point Mooring (SPM) system requires the selection of an appropriate anchor type to ensure the stability, safety, and reliability of the mooring system under various marine environmental conditions. Anchor selection generally involves multiple technical criteria simultaneously, necessitating a structured multi-criteria decision-making approach. This study examines a 35.000 DWT SPM system located at Belawan Port, Medan, with three drag embedment anchor candidates evaluated: Vryhof Stevpris MK5, Bruce FFTS MK4, and Flipper Delta. The design load was obtained from dynamic modelling using OrcaFlex, yielding a maximum tension of 1.661 kN as the anchor target proof load. The kinematic penetration performance of each anchor was simulated using the Limit Equilibrium Method (LEM) implemented in MATLAB, producing quantitative data comprising dragging distance, embedment depth, and holding efficiency. These data, together with procurement cost estimates (landed cost) and ease of installation, were compiled into a decision matrix and evaluated using a combined method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for criteria weighting and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) for alternative ranking. The analysis results indicate that Vryhof Stevpris MK5 is the most optimal drag anchor, achieving the highest preference value of 0,897, outperforming Bruce FFTS MK4 (0.891) and Flipper Delta (0,106). This superiority is driven by the highest holding efficiency and the lowest procurement cost estimate among the three candidates. The AHP-TOPSIS approach applied in this study is expected to serve as a transparent, systematic, and replicable methodological framework for anchor selection studies at different SPM locations and configurations.
