Abstract
Mesin pengayak pupuk dengan menggunakan system rotary scren dapat memisahkan pupuk yang tidak sesuai dengan diameter yang diinginkan dengan memutar scrin supaya pupuk terpisah dari ukuran acak menjadi seragam sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Dari keadaan ini kami mencoba membuat mesin pengayak pupuk yang digunakan untuk memisahkan butiran-butiran pupuk yang dihasilakn dari peroses pencampuran bahan bahan pupuk yang diolah menjadi butiran-butiran yang berdiameter acak. Permasalahannya bagaimana menghasilkan butiran-butiran pupuk yang seragam dengan menggunakan system pengayak. Mesin ini menggunakan keranjang skrin yang berbentuk limas segi enam yang berguna untuk memisahkan butiran-butiran dari dari bentuk acak menjadi seragam, juga dilengkapi dengan elemen mesin seperti: reduser, bantalan, procket, dan belt. Daya yang digunakan untuk menggerakkan mesin pengayak pupuk dengan kecepatan putaran yang telah ditetapkan 50 rpm dengan pengujian beban maksimum 3165,5 lbf adalah 0,9053 Hp.

A sifter machine of green manure using a screen rotary system is able to separate the fertilizer, which is not suitable with the diameter we need, by turning the screen in order to make the fertilizer separated from the random size to the same size which is appropriate to what we need. Because of this condition, we tried to make a sifter machine of green manure which is used to separate the grains of fertilizer which are produced by a mixing process of fertilizer materials. In this process, the fertilizer materials which are processed to be the grains of fertilizer have a random diameter. The question is how to produce the same fertilizer grains by using a sifter system. The sifter machine of green manure has a screen basket which has a shape like a six-squared pyramid, which is useful to separate the grains from the random size to the same size. Moreover, this machine is complete of machine elements such as a reducer, a ball bearing, a sprocket, and a belt. The energy which is used to turn on the sifter machine of green manure, whose rotary speed has been appointed to be 50 rpm with a maximum load testing of 3165,5 lbf, is 0,9053 Hp.
