Abstract

Mesin pemeras santan kelapa merupakan sebuah mesin yang digunakan untuk memeras santan kelapa yang terdapat pada parutan kelapa. Mesin ini tersusun atas motor listrik sebagai penggerak yang dilengkapi dengan reducer yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi kecepatan putaran dari motor. Kemudian putaran tersebut ditransmisikan oleh bearing, pulley, pasak, belt, yang kemudian akan menggerakkan poros dari screw press dengan kecepatan 27,5 rpm. Berdasarkan perhitungan dalam perencanaan, mesin pemeras santan ini didapatkan diameter poros yang digunakan adalah 25 mm, daya motor 1 HP serta berdasarkan penelitian diperlukan putaran rendah untuk memeras santan kelapa hal ini dimaksudkan agar perasan tersebut lebih optimal. Pemerasan santan kelapa dilakukan cukup 1 kali karena kandungan santan dalam parutan kelapa sudah terperas seluruhnnya. Dengan sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses produksi serta lebih effisien dari segi ekonomi

A coconut milk wringer machine it's a machine be used to press of coconut milk at the coconut grating. The machine is composed on electric engine as movement completing with reducer it's has fumction for reducing rotation speed from engine.After that rotation it has been transmitted by bearing,pulley,keys and belt then will moved shaft from screw press wit 27,5 rpm of speed. Based grom calculation inside planning this coconut milk wringer machine has a shaft diameter using 25 mm,engine power 1 HP with base research needed low rotation for press coconut milk in the has meaning in order to that press more optimal.Pressing of coconut milk enough 1 repeat because of contain coconut milk from coconut grating has finish press all.With this system can be hoped accelerate process production with more efficiency from economic view.
