Abstract

Peningkatan jalan Raya Kertosono-Kediri sangat diperlukan, dengan perkembangan kawasan Kabupaten Kediri telah menjadikan kawasan yang sangat sibuk. Meningkatnya pergerakan lalu lintas mengakibatkan kemacetan sering terjadi, sehingga harus segera diatasi agar tidak mengganggu kegiatan perekonomian regional, karena peranan jalan raya Kertosono-Kediri sangat penting pada sistim transportasi ke kota lainnya. Perencanaan peningkatan jalan raya Kertosono-Kediri Sta. 14+200 – 17+200 meliputi peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas jalan dengan umur rencana 20 tahun. Kapasitas Jalan, Tebal Perkerasan, Drainase adalah elemen-elemen perencanaan yang harus dihitung. Berdasarkan pertimbangan kondisi lokasi, menggunakan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku dan standart untuk perencanaan jalan perkotaan akan didapat hasil perencanaan jalan yang memenuhi standart keamanan dan kenyamanan. Hasil perhitungan kondisi existing (th.2008), kapasitas jalan (C) : 2826 smp/jam dengan derajat kejenuhan 0,52 < 0,75. Pada tahun 2013 telah mengalami kejenuhan dengan derajat kejenuhan 0,77 > 0,75. Setelah diadakan pelebaran jalan, pada akhir umur rencana (th.2028) didapatkan Kapasitas Jalan (C) : 6630 smp/jam dan derajat kejenuhan (Ds) : 0,69 < 0,75 dengan tipe jalan baru 4/2 UD. Tebal Perkerasan Beton pada jalan existing : 19,5 cm dengan tulangan arah memanjang 14-750, arah melintang 14-950 mm, sedangkan pada pelebaran tebal perkerasan : 22,5 cm, dengan menggunakan tulangan 14-750 arah memanjang dan 14-850 arah melintang.. Bentuk Drainase Jalan yang dipakai adalah Persegi. Dari hasil perencanaan peningkatan jalan diatas diharapkan perencanaan ini dapat mengatasi dan melayani beban lalu lintas yang cukup berat sesuai dengan umur rencana.

Bettermen road of Raya Kertosono – Kediri Road is very important matter, fast growth of City Kediri has made very busy area. The increasing of movement of traffic jam result often happened. So that, it has to immediately overcome in order not to bother the activity of economics of regional, because role of Kertosono-Kediri Road is very important at town as transportation systems of town its other. Rigid Pavement Planing of Kertosono-Kediri Road as station 14+200 – 17+200, Direction is covering the development of amount and quality road with planing 20 years. Capacities a Road, thick of Rigid Pavement, and Drainase are planning elements which must be calculated. Base on consideration of lacation, using rules going into effect and standart for the planning of urband road will be got result of planning of road fulfilling comfortable standart. The analysis result existing condition (2008), road capacity : 2826 smp/hour and degree of saturation : 0,52 < 0,75. On the year 2013 degree of saturation : 0,77 > 0,75 (over limit). It had been performed widening of road (2028), The end of planning got Capasitis road = 6630 smp/hour, degree of saturation (Ds) = 0,69 < 0,75 with new type road 4/2 UD. Thick of Rigid Pavement (d1) on road existing : 19,5 cm use 14-750 mm horizontally frame and use 14-950 mm for vertical frame and than on widening road : 22,5 cm use 16-135 mm for horizontally frame and 16-850 mm for vertical frame. It will use block design with base longitudinal section for drainage. From the planning result of the upgreading road above, hope that the planning can overcome and service the traffic burden which is very heavy relates to the planned.
